Greetings from the Supergirls Elbrus group! On the "rest" day, our super team trains to pass the fixed ropes, including with their eyes closed. This is a very useful practice! All the girls are excellent at passing the ropes in large mittens, learning to work with the equipment! The most interesting part is ahead - the ascent!
