Greetings from the Manaslu base camp! Today they held a solemn Puja ceremony here. And now we are ready to move higher. Tomorrow we leave for the first rotation, and the internal mood is as if we were already going to the summit. We have been sitting in one place for too long.

Everything is calm on Elbrus! Good day to all! Our last VIP group "Vysotniki" reached the summit of Elbrus in full force at 8:30 am. The weather was a windless sunny day. Thanks to everyone who contributed to our achievement!

Our Manaslu-25 team today in full force climbed to Camp 1 at the height of Elbrus – 5642 meters. It is surprisingly warm here. And our excellent camp is set up, with a dining room, tables and chairs. The cook is making soup and frying chicken. And strong, spacious tents with sleeping bags are waiting for us.

Yesterday the members of the Club 8000 expedition to Manaslu had a rest day. Everyone just walked around a bit, looked at the camps of other expeditions. Today our team will go out for the first acclimatization overnight. We will climb to Camp 1 at an altitude of 5700 meters.

Greetings from Elbrus! The "Boldly with chalk" group has completed its acclimatization program. Yesterday we walked to Pastukhov Rocks, we were very lucky with the weather. Today we held training in self-arrest on the slope, which we couldn't do the day before yesterday due to bad weather. Tomorrow night we start on the mountain. Good luck to us!

Greetings from Iran! The Perseus and the Perseids group in full force stood on the top of Damavand yesterday. The weather did not let us down, it was the warmest morning in all my time working on the mountain. A properly planned separate exit of two groups allowed us to reach the top almost at the same time. The girls showed themselves in the best possible way. I would especially like to mention Anna, who had an anniversary on the day of the ascent. A worthy option to celebrate such a wonderful date!

On the same day we went down to Tehran and in the evening we were already enjoying the benefits of civilization. Today we had a day of rest, free time, and in the evening a gala dinner and the awarding of participants with certificates and medals.

 Good day to all! Everything is calm on Elbrus. The 7 Summits Club group "Vysotniki" moved in a Ural Truck (the cable cars are not working) to the refuge. Then we went on the final acclimatization ascent and reached the top of Pastukhov Rocks in 3:50. We returned to the area of the Refuge of Eleven and conducted training snow and ice exercises. We worked with an ice axe, there is a lot of fresh wet snow, you can't get going on your butt. So we didn't manage to work everything out. But the group is strong, no problem. At 18:30 we returned to the hotel. All the participants are cheerful and happy. We are resting before storming the summit. Guide “Hedgehog”.

Greetings from Africa! Today our supergroup "My Girlfriend's Words" moved from the Karanga camp to our Kosovo assault camp, altitude - 4800 meters. We got to the camp at a very good pace, now rest and recovery before the assault. We leave tonight.

And we congratulated our participant Andrey on his birthday! It is very symbolic to celebrate your personal New Year at such an altitude!

Today our valiant team came to the Manaslu Base Camp. Altitude - 4750 meters. The camp is very comfortable. For the participants and guides - new tents, with beds. And our Internet is from Starlink. And the toilets are chic. Everything is great. Although everyone is a little "washed up", the altitude is taking its toll. The doctor did a "check-up". The whole team is fine. Tomorrow is a walk around the base camps and unpacking things. It started to rain lightly. And it's warm, for such an altitude.

Namaste from Nepal! The Manasl-25 group continued exploring the surroundings of Samagaon today. We visited the monastery closest to us, located at an altitude of 4000 meters. It was cloudy all day, so we did not see the surrounding Himalayan peaks. But this did not stop us from having a good, useful time. Tomorrow we will go to the Manaslu base camp.

Today our team gained 500 m in altitude and went above the 4000 meter mark. We climbed to the Pungen Gumba monastery. Tomorrow we go to the Base Camp. Olga Rumyantseva came there today. She highly praised our camp. In the evening, as always, our team doctor conducted a medical examination. Everyone is doing great.

Hello to everyone from Nepal! As part of the 8000 Club's large expedition to the eight-thousander Manaslu, Alexey Sivkov and I also decided to try ourselves at altitude. And today we have already arrived at the base camp at an altitude of 4800 meters. We are accompanied by friends who will stay with us for several days at this altitude.

After three days of village life in Samagaon, the conditions here are, of course, great! We are still getting used to the tent life.

In the morning we overcame the legendary Barranco wall, and then passed through two more valleys. The scale is amazing, what a huge Mount Kilimanjaro it is! Tomorrow we leave for our assault camp.

 Good day to all! Our last VIPs of the Elbrus program, called "high-altitude climbers", rushed to the "Ai" cafe in 1:30. We got wet in the rain, drank tea, and ran down. After lunch, we got dressed at the rental, and at the hotel we had classes on adjusting crampons and systems. And we also found time to walk between the pines, practice fixed ropes climbing. Everyone is cheerful and happy!

 Greetings from Iran! "Perseus and Perseids" are on the finish stretch. Today is an easy but important day for us. We need to have a good rest, eat something tasty - we have all the conditions for this, and our cook Narges is the best specialist on the mountain. Before lunch, we took a leisurely stroll towards the summit, gained 300 m, so to speak, pumped the blood for better acclimatization. After lunch, we have a rest, then an early dinner and, accordingly, an early start. The mood is determined, various options have been worked out, we believe in success!

Greetings from Elbrus! The "Smelo s melom" group has begun its program of climbing Elbrus. This is our final group of the season. Today we walked along the slopes of Mount Cheget. We climbed up to the cafe "Ai". The weather is already cold, autumn is felt. According to the forecast, precipitation is promised every day. But it is what it is. Our task is to get up and down.

Greetings from not very hot Africa, but still from its central part, from the slopes of Kilimanjaro, from the supergroup "Words of my girlfriend"! Today we made the transition from the Shira camp (3800 m) to the next camp Barranco (3900 m). During our journey, we climbed to a height of 4631 meters, to a camp called Lava Tower, where a carefully prepared lunch was waiting for us. The descent took an hour and a half, and we again found ourselves in the caring hands of our support group. Tomorrow we go to the Karanga camp at 4000m, along the legendary Barranco wall.

In the morning, the third part of the team arrived, the participants who spent the night the day before in Namrung, 17 kilometers down the gorge. Meanwhile, the main group gathered to go to the village of Samdu, from where the trail to Tibet begins. We returned to Samagaon by lunchtime. Greetings from Iran! "Perseus and the Perseids" have started the decisive part of the Damavand ascent program. The night before, we spent the night in the brand new Arses motel with an excellent kitchen, where everyone had their own room the size of an apartment, and from the balcony there were magnificent views of the other side of the valley. This morning, we climbed in retro jeeps to the Mosque, and then made a six-hour climb to the camp at 4200 m, where we will spend three nights. The weather is good, our Iranian guides note the unusually warm season on the mountain, we hope that we will be lucky too. Guide Valery Myasoedov.
