Ararat 2025

The 7 Summits Club group "To Ararat with Ararat" climbed to the top of Mount Ararat today, with Ararat (that's the name of one of our participants), but not only with him, but the whole team! Hooray! At two o'clock in the morning we left the camp and climbed to the top at a steady, measured pace. At the top of the route there was a fairly strong wind, about 40 kilometers per hour, but it did not break us, and we reached the summit of Mount Ararat. Then there was a long, rather grueling descent, first to the assault camp, then to the base camp and then to the hotel. Now we have all settled into the hotel and are resting. The 7 Summits Club group "To Ararat with Ararat" climbed to the assault camp today. The day was very hot and we walked to the camp slowly. It is not very clear whether this made it easier or not, but all the participants feel good and are ready for the ascent. In the evening, we adjusted the crampons, decided what everyone should wear for the exit. The weather forecast for the day of the assault promises sun and breeze. So, at night we go to the ascent. Our group on Ararat decided on its name, we are called "To Ararat with Ararat". Today we went radially from the base camp to the assault camp. The whole group safely reached the height of 4200. It was warm and comfortable. We walked slowly and slowly reached the camp. We sat there for half an hour, then went down to the base camp. Today our group continued its ascent. We left Van in the morning, drove three hours to Dogubayazit, from where we saw Ararat for the first time during our trip. Then we changed the car and climbed it to an altitude of 2500 meters. Then we walked to the base camp for acclimatization. It was hot, but we drank a lot of water and slowly reached our camp. Here our final program of this season on Ararat has begun. The whole group is assembled and the first stage of acquaintance has already been completed. A very interesting team has been assembled, each participant has his own story. For example, one participant with a very symbolic name Ararat decided to climb the cherished peak for the first time and dedicate the ascent to his grandfather.

The majority follow the spirit of adventure, and someone decided to climb five five-thousanders, in order to then move to a new level and go along the six-thousanders. We were glad to meet everyone and promised each other that we would do everything possible to take the next joint photo already at the top.

Hello everyone! Our "Group of healthy travelers" climbed the summit of Ararat today! Hooray! It was very difficult for the group members, we walked for more than 6 hours up, then a little faster and easier down. Now we are already resting in the hotel of the city of Dogubayazit.

Finally, our team found the right noun for its name. On Mount Ararat, horses are used to transport goods, and of course, everyone gives way to them. And so, one very large group, which saw our confident move, decided to give way to us. And at that moment their guide shouted: "let the horses go"!

So, after that, our team called itself "Unprecedented pacers". On 08/07/2025, our group in full force climbed to the top of Mount Ararat, 5165 meters high. We walked so fast that we caught the first rays of sunrise already at the top. Congratulations to all the members of the group on overcoming themselves and the difficult slopes of the mountain, I wish them new peaks!

Good evening! Mount Ararat continues to test our team for strength of spirit and endurance. We successfully went from the base camp (3200) to the assault camp (4200) for acclimatization, overcoming the dusty and rocky slope of the mountain. There we were pleasantly surprised to meet the "Super Girls" team descending after a successful ascent. We managed to take a memorable photo against the backdrop of Ararat with the legendary Alexander Abramov.

Hello everyone, a group of "healthy travelers" left the city of Van and began climbing the sacred mountain Ararat! We drove by car to 2500, then walked to our base camp.

  Good day to everyone, greetings from the slopes of Mount Ararat! Team of the 7 Summits Club "Unprecedented" successfully flew to the city of Van yesterday and settled into a comfortable hotel. In the evening we went to a delicious dinner in the traditional local style at the Urartu restaurant.

Today our experienced mountain lovers overcame the first section on the way to the summit, walked the route from 2200 m to 3200 m and settled into our best base camp in the area!

Today, the 7 Summits Club group of the SUPER GIRLS project moved from the city of Van to the foot of Ararat. And under the leadership of the president of our company Alexander Abramov and guide Natalia Marinkevich, they climbed to the base camp. The trek was not long and very pleasant, especially in good weather. The participants are in a great mood, everyone is delighted with the offered treats and dishes for dinner.

The 7 Summits Club group "Agiri" returned to the city of Van today. In the morning we were on an excursion to the palace of Ishak Pasha, then we went to Van, which is already native to us. On the way we stopped for a picnic on the lake and swam in soda water. And in the evening, all the participants of the ascent received well-deserved medals! News from the Ararat Super Girls group! The long-awaited meeting at the airport took place! We have been meeting the participants all day, getting to know each other and making plans! The tour has begun!

Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club "Agiri" group stood at the top of Mount Ararat this morning in full force! We left at two in the morning and calmly reached the sumit. The weather was favorable for our ascent. The group also descended quite quickly. Hooray! Guides Leuan Atabiev and Sergey Avtomonov.

Today we got up a little later, slowly got ready, watched the horses take our bags and slowly went to the assault camp. We ate, discussed the last details of the ascent and went to bed. Greetings from the slopes of Ararat from the "Agiri" group! Today we had an acclimatization rotation to the assault camp. In the morning it seemed that it would rain, but by our exit everything had stretched out. We left quite quickly, went up and admired the views of Ararat along the way. When we reached the assault camp, the mountain was covered, and we again prepared for the rain. But we were almost not wet, and we returned to our camp dry. Today our new group called "Agiri" left Van towards Ararat. We got there in three hours. We went out on the trail. At first it was very hot. Then it started to rain, but the sun did not stop shining. When we reached the base camp, the weather improved, and we dried off. We had lunch, rested, and then it started to rain again. We hope the weather will improve tomorrow.

News from the group "Fathers and Sons". Hooray, we climbed Ararat! Today was wonderful weather, light breeze and sun. We slowly reached the top in 6 hours. Then there was a long tiring descent in the heat through two camps. And now we are already in Dogubayazit, resting in the hotel after the night's exploits. The 7 Summits Club group "Fathers and Sons" is in touch! Today we had a relatively easy day. We climbed up to the assault camp of Ararat along a familiar road. It was hot, but quite bearable. We got there even faster than yesterday. We settled into small tents and slept. In the evening we held the final briefing and went our separate ways to rest before the ascent. News from the slopes of Mount Ararat. Today our group "Fathers and Sons" went to the assault camp for acclimatization. We slept well after the flight, had breakfast in the morning and went up. We briskly reached the camp in three and a half hours. It was a bit tough, but we managed. We got down in a couple of hours and started to rest in the base camp. Tomorrow we are going to spend the night in the assault camp.
