This is the "Incas on the Trail" group from the 7 Summits Club. Today was a challenging day. We climbed to the first high camp, Nido de Condores. We reached it in 7 hours. The weather was fantastic, the sun was scorching us like a frying pan. We reached our camp, set up in tents, and had dinner. Tomorrow we'll take a short walk and then descend to base camp for a rest. Guides Valery Myasoedov, Leuan Atabiev, and Sergey Avtomonov were on the line.

The 7 Summits Club group "Incas on the Trail" spent today at Aconcagua Base Camp in Plaza de Mulas. We had breakfast and discussed our plans for tomorrow. We packed our gear for the climb and went to the highest art gallery in the world to see some paintings. Then we went to the abandoned hotel. In the evening, we had a medical check. All participants were cleared to continue the ascent. Tomorrow we'll be camping overnight at Nido de Condores, an altitude of 5,500 meters. Guides Valery Myasoedov, Sergey Avtomonov, and Leuan Atabiyev were with you.

Greetings from sunny Argentina! Or rather, from the gloomy, snow-covered slopes of Aconcagua. Yesterday there was our day of summit climbing. Everything was going well, but vigilant Argentine rescuers turned us back, citing poor weather conditions. The weather was rapidly deteriorating. Today we descended to our base camp. There was a lot of snow, which is unusual for this time of year. The mountain has been closed for two days. We're all a little sad, but new routes and the thrill of meeting the mountains and our friends await us.

After breakfast, we drove to the entrance of the national park. There, we checked our permits, received instructions, and then entered the park.
