News Kilimanjaro from Magjan Sagimbayev. The group has already returned home. Everybody will be happy. Now you only have to remember how it was and choose a new vertex.

 Almost verbatim from Magjan:

 "Everything went super. There was the little moments with mountain sickness, but the tour guides did a good job. 11 people went up, happy pants! )

 The hotels we stayed - excellent! The team was well rested.

  Unfortunately, on top our group failed to take a picture because the group split up, someone faster, someone slower.

 But in general, all people are happy and satisfied with the entire program! Thank you (7 summits Club)!

The group of the Kazakh Geographic Society under the leadership of Magdzhan Sagimbayev plans to climb to the top of Kilimanjaro on the sports version of the route Marangu, in 5 days. On July 1th, the team flew to Tanzania.

 On July 2, the group ascended to the Mandara camp at an altitude of 2,800 meters. On the way, they were posed by a local endemic - colobus ...

June 8^th the 7 Summits Club 7 held another lecture along the program of its Mountaineering School. This time the focus was on the highest peak in Africa, the legendary Kilimanjaro. Our small room was full and listened with great attention to our lecturers:  manager of our company Anastasia Kuznetsova and one of the summiters on this mountain, a member of the Writers' Union Valery Lavrus

 The group from Volgograd 11 people, including children, climbed to the highest peak of Africa in February 2017. They traveled on a seven-day version of the Machame route. And although it was not easy, the impressions were the most vivid and positive. This is a note of their leader Stanislav Vinnikov.

This effect is called "shyness of crowns," when trees, despite the thickness of the forest, do not touch the crowns, forming mysterious drawings on the foliage.

There are even palm trees (or rather, dendrikestones) in the form of a heart. It is immediately evident that Kilimanjaro loves us

 Mom - they are in Africa, Mom!

Lyudmila Korobeshko, a guide and director of the 7 Summits Club: Today the group Pili-Pili Manga (translated from Swahili means "black pepper") leaves home. Yesterday our Tanzanian friends prepared a romantic farewell breakfast for us and in the Millennium camp  they gave us a farewell concert. We were not in debt, answering them by Russian folk dancing. All were pleased with each other. Today we take off for home.

Lyudmila Korobeshko, a guide, director of the 7 Summits Club: Pili-Pili Mango Team today February 24 at 6.45 reached the roof of Africa. Our climb we decided to dedicate the 100th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution and the 167th anniversary of the abolition of slavery in Zanzibar.

   On the very spot where it joins routes Marangu (Coca-Cola) and Machame (Whiskey) at Stella Point, we have combined these two drinks and solemnly drank.

Since morning we congratulated our men on the holiday, the Day of Defender of the Fatherland. At night we go to the summit bid. Local guides promise one meter of snow on top. Let's see and check ...

Lyudmila Korobeshko from the slopes of Kilimanjaro: We have come to Karanga ("Peanuts") camp at 4050. Everything is in the fog. Today we will brew beer instead of wine.

Yesterday's hike  from  Shira Camp to Barranco Camp:

Lyudmila Korobeshko: The first day of the ascent was not easy. 30 minutes after the beginning of the path we were in a terrible downpour. We were soaked to the skin. For 5 hours we sailed in the 3000, gaining 1,200 meters in height to the first camp. Now we relax, drink whiskey, check the oxygen and pulse. Pulse has increased from the indescribable beauty of the surrounding mountains and the night sky ...

Lyudmila Korobeshko: Today we begin the expedition 7 Summits Club on the highest point in Africa - Kilimanjaro. The selected route - Machame, one of the most picturesque. Expedition Guides vice president of the Mountaineering Federation of Russia, Ivan Dusharin and director of the 7 Summits Club Lyudmila Korobeshko are ready for the meeting members of the expedition.

3 groups of the 7 summits Club are now in the Kilimanjaro region. The first group (Leonid Pak) has made a successful ascent earlier than planned and went down. They then go on Safari.

 The second group – it is Wil Fakhretdinov, solo or single program with a local team of guide, cook and three porters.

 A large group of 11 people (from Volgograd) follows the route 2 days after Wil..

 Today the next group on Kilimanjaro starts. Members of the expedition will  climb the summit with the guides from the 7 summits Club  Ludmila Korobeshko and Ivan Dusharin

 At the same period, a group of 7 people starts for  the program “Climbing Mount Kenya”.

 And despite the fact that weather forecasts do not look very optimistic, in reality it is not so bad. We hope that all our climbers will get lucky and all will end well.

February - it is not only the third month of winter with snowfalls, thaws, the constant change of temperatures and gloomy days, but also the end of the summer, as well as the best time to climb the mountain peaks near the equator and in the Southern Hemisphere!

Now there is the busy season of climbing for Kilimanjaro, Kenya, Orizaba in Mexico, Chimborazo in Ecuador.

In this February  there will be around 30 PAX from the 7 Summits Club to climb Kilimanjaro in six different groups. You can still join one of our groups right now, do not delay your plans for later.

Many our clients have already managed to climb Mount Kilimanjaro this year and send their photos and reports. Following photos sent to us by Anton Pavlov, who just has returned home after a successful ascent.

The other climbers are already flying in the direction of Tanzania, or are packing their backpacks.

Group (all members) reached the summit of Kilimanjaro. All went down, everyone is healthy and happy!

Nikita Kalashnov and Igor Tsarenko just completed their program in Africa, where he successfully climbed to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. Nikita - to the main, Uhuru Peak, Igor - on Gilmans point. Our congratulations! And wishes - to be always in shape and do not stop, forward - to new heights!

 Meanwhile, following travelers from the 7 Summits Club arrive in Tanzania. They are  the brothers Arkady and Cyril Vidov’s. All the fun they have yet to come:  discovery of Africa, Kilimanjaro and ourselves in a new way.

Posted by Alexander Mudrova from Tanzania. The group went to the top of Kilimanjaro, despite the crowds and bad weather. And there were on January 1 at 7:50 am   - an excellent beginning of the year! And a wonderful birthday! One of the members of the group, Alexander Filatov, met the highest peak in Africa, its 65th anniversary! Congratulations on your achievement and wish them further discoveries and climbing!

Vladimir Shataev ascended to the summit of Kilimanjaro at 9:30 November 3, 2016, in company with another great friend of our Club Alexander Sobolenko. They left the last camp to Barafu at 01:30. The climb took 8 hours. Vladimir Shataev is 79-a-half years old, he was born May 1, 1937. It is a national record of age ... but only for men. The absolute record belongs to our compatriot Angela Vorobyova – 86 years!

Despite the fact that early November is considered the end favorable for climbing season, the weather was quiet. Snow (about 2 cm) fell only to assault the camp Barafu.

According to Vladimir, trekking to the summit on the Machame route is a much cooler than Marangu, on which he has been climbing two times. The route seemed much more beautiful, varied and difficult. Climbing on Marangu and Machame is 2 different mountains. It was a pleasant discovery!

Alexander Sobolenko plans had to prepare for the next climbs and to lose weight. According to him, the second paragraph failed, because he was very well fed.

1. Our group guided by Maxim Bulahovsky successfully climbed the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro - Uhuru peak via the Machame route. They made it 2 days ahead of schedule! Now they are down to the Millennium camp and then to the exit of the National Park. Their plan: go on a Safari early in order to see more animals.

2. The group of Artem Rostovtsev has also reached the top of Mount Kilimanjaro. So they celebrated the birthday of Pavel Altukhov. We also congratulate Paul with summit and birthday!

3. Another group is now in the assault camp Barafu and preparing for the most important moment - the exit to the summit bid.

4. Well, Alex Lagun (St. Petersburg) is off to Tanzania to meet the adventure, to make my first ever climb (photo)

Almost at the same time four our groups went to Africa to climb the highest peak of the continent. They have different routes, but the main goal is the same - Kilimanjaro! The two groups will work with Russian guides.

  Artem Rostovtsev leads the group, which aims to celebrate the birth of one of the participants at the summit of Kilimanjaro. This is their main goal! They go by the classic route Marangu.

 A group guided by Maxim Balakhovskiy will climb by another popular and also classic route - Machame. Immediately after the descent from the mountain they have to fly to the Serengeti National Park, where they will wait for safaris and hot air ballooning over the savannah.

 Two other individual groups will make the ascent with local guides. They also go by two different routes - Machame and Marangu.

September 15th,  at 8 hours 30 minutes our heroic men were standing on the highest point of the African continent. We congratulate Alexander Tokarev and Alexey Korotkov on this achievement!

We wish them new heights and new victories!

Ben Cranwell and Heleen Laurisson stood on top of Mount Kilimanjaro on 13 September. They climbed to the top together, accompanied by the local team.

 Now they are still in Tanzania, ready to fly home. Already, Ben and Helen make plans for the following ascents.

 The list of achievements they have already 2 of the 7 highest peaks of the continents, five ahead yet!
