 Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today our new super-group "Calvin Clein" in their first acclimatization ascent climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai". The path ran along one of the most picturesque trails of the Elbrus region, first we walked through a pine forest, and then came out into the alpine meadows zone. In the cafe "Ai", at an altitude of 2700 meters, we were able to try the famous khichins, chebureks and delicious mountain tea.

 Hello from the 7 Summits Club group "We are the first"! Today our team made an acclimatization ascent to Pastukhov Rocks. In excellent weather, we quickly climbed to the specified altitude and descended to our comfortable. In the evening, the participants and guides did not miss the opportunity to admire the incredibly beautiful sunsets. Then everyone went to rest and prepare for tomorrow.

Greetings from Elbrus region from the "YuAR" group! Yesterday, July 12, we completed our program with a successful ascent of Mount Elbrus. We were at the summit in full force, including the youngest participant, who was 12 years old. The weather was gorgeous, no wind or precipitation. Congratulations to everyone!

 Greetings to all mountain lovers! On July 11, the "Moscow Pies" team set out to climb at 2 a.m. Unfortunately, they did not set out in full force, only two of the three participants. Soon after leaving, due to health reasons, another participant returned to the refuge. The team continued climbing Elbrus with two guides and one participant. And in this composition, we successfully climbed the highest point in Europe 5642. We were at the summit at 8:30. The weather was wonderful and amazingly beautiful views opened up constantly.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the "YuAR" group! Yesterday we successfully completed the acclimatization cycle with a hike to Pastukhov Rocks. The weather allowed us to admire the wonderful views of the mountain peaks of the Greater Caucasus Range. All participants coped with the climb and feel good. Today the group has a day of rest and tonight we will set out to climb. Good luck to us!

 Good evening from the slope of Elbrus! The "Moscow Pies" team successfully completed the 2nd and 3rd days of acclimatization on the southern slopes of Elbrus. On the second day, the team practiced the technique of stopping with an ice axe in case of a fall, and on the third day we reached Pastukhov Rocks at an altitude of 4550 m. One participant decided to test his endurance and briskly climbed to an altitude of 4700 m. Tomorrow is an important day of rest and preparation for the assault on the summit. Greetings from Elbrus from the "YuAR" group! Today we moved to our comfortable and cozy refuge"National Park", settled into the trailers, and went for a walk. That is, for training sessions on the technique of movement and belay on snowy terrain. At an altitude of 4100 we practiced self-arrest with ice axes, walked in crampons, some of the participants saw them for the first time. After the classes, we had a delicious lunch and rested. Tomorrow is a new day - climbing Pastukhov Rocks.

Hello to everyone from the 7 Summits Club group "Zhduny" from the Southern slopes of Elbrus! Today we moved to the refuge "National Park", where we will spend several days. We had a busy day. We climbed higher up the slope of Elbrus and conducted training sessions. We learned how to walk in ropes, move along fixed ropes, and of course, we remembered our childhood, sliding down and practicing self-arrest on a snowy slope.

After a delicious lunch, we rested a little and just admired the views of the mountains. And I must say, the weather today is simply magical! And, of course, we are very cozy here in the warm houses.

Perfect weather, beautiful views, beautiful flowers around. We can say that summer has finally come to the mountains. In the evening we are preparing to go to the high-mountain zone. We are working according to plan.

 Have a cheerful day, everyone! On July 4, the Pulse of the Mountains team reached the summit of Mount Elbrus (5642 m). Unfortunately, not in full force, as two participants had to interrupt the expedition due to health reasons. The rest of the team successfully climbed to the highest point. Our ascent began at 2:30, and we reached the summit at 7:40. The team got into a wonderful weather window, so we were able to see epic and beautiful views from the top of the mountain that no photograph can convey.

It started snowing on the descent, it was already "fun", but not for us. One of our participants climbed two peaks, independently, under his own power.
