Dima Ermakov from Georgia. Today, we (almost whole group) climbed Mt.Kazbek. Only Marina has not reached the main summit, she was stopped on the Saddle. Everything is OK. On the way down we were captured by bad weather. It was hard, but now we are save on the meteostation. All people dream about tomorrow return to the hotel and having a bath.

Sergey Bogomolov after climbig Lenin Peak is going to conquer Peak Pobeda (7439 m) in the Tien Shan  Mountains. From Osh he flew to Bishkek and then went by car to Karkara, a base camp of the Central Tien-Shan mountaineering camps. The weather is very bad and Sergey is waiting for helicopter in Karkara.

Today, 9th of August is a great day for our Club. Three new big groups departed from Moscow to different directions.

1. Mount Kazbek expedition. It will be an international team, they meet in the Georgian capital Tbilisi. Tour leader – Dmitry Ermakov.

2. The fourth in this season group of the 7 Summits Club will start its Mont Blanc program. This program includes an acclimatization on Monte Rosa. Tour leader - Denis Saveliev.

3. For the first time we organize a big tour on the Kurilskyie Islands in the Far East. A program was made by our managers Marina Nemirova and Olga Rumyantseva. The members of this expedition will visit the islands of Shikotan and Kunashir. And climbs volcanoes Mendeleeva, Golovins and Tytya. Unique program !

And the President of the 7 Summits Club Alex Abramov flew to the Caucasus. He will a leader of a new our group that will climb Mount Elbrus.

6th of August the group of Vladimir Gusakovsky (his family) climbed the Mount of Fuji. Now they continue a trip in Japan, visiting a region of Khayasan. This is a standard program of the Seven Summits Club.

It was only one chance, only one day with good weather.

The weather forecast was very bad, but in the night it became clear that conditions may be mild and more convenient for climb. About 30 climbers started early in the morning and most of them reached the summit of Lenin Peak. Among then members of the 7 Summits Club expedition led by Sergey Bogomolov.

A long period of bad weather changed plans of a group of climbers of the 7 Summits Club led by our guide, a famous Russian high altitude climber Sergey Bogomolov. Two from three climbers cancelled the program due health and weather problems. Now Sergey with a client stay at the third camp at 6100, waiting for good weather.

Today a group of the 7 Summits Club led by our guide Dmitry (Dima) Ermakov went down from the Saddle camp to the base camp South Inylchek. Unfortunately, without reaching the summit of Khan-Tengri. Four days of heavy snowfalls made a route very dangerous. But our climbers managed to went down safe. Now they rest and waiting for the home flight.

18 July three members of the expedition of 7 Summits Club climbed successfully onTurkey's highest point,Mount Ararat. The weather was perfect. After the members of the team visited the lake of Van and the island of Aghtamar. We are waiting for them back home with pictures and impressions.

Seven Summits Club, hello! Dima Ermakov from basic campNorthern Inylchek. At us everything is fine, today we took a walk upward a little bit. We have a rest, all members feel within norm. Certainly, the altitude are felt. But anything terrible. Generally, everything is normal. Tomorrow we will try to climb the first camp and to spend the night there. Then we will return back. In a very hard conditions our friends from Tyva Republic made the legendary Kora around Mont Kailash. Not many of piligrims were so lucky. Just some Tibetians. Among them the youngest Muchu Amo who is just two month old. May by it a world record?

Luda  with a group climbed he Mount of Kazbet at 4th of July. Now they are in Tbilisi, georgian capital. Tommorow she will go to Piatigorsk, members will fly to Moscow.

Olga Rumyantseva from Iran: Hi, everybody!

Yesterday our group climbed Mount Demavend. There was a strong wind, cold. And, in general, the climb was to some participants very hard.

On the same day, late at night, we went down in Polur.

Today we have a rest, we come back to Teheran. The part of group will depart home, and other part will continue acquaintance to Iran in Isfahan.

Olga Rumyantseva from Iran. Yesterday we went down from the mountain of Tuchal and late at night we arrived to the village Polur, from where the climb of Demavend begins. Now we pack things and we are going to leave for the place where the route begins. All have a good health, all are vigorous and cheerful. All of us like very muchIran. We are fine.

This message got on pages of the world press, the leading newspapers, the most popular news TV channels. Fine! We are proud that this new achievement of the outstanding Russian athlete was made within the 7 Summits Club Everest expedition under the leadership of Alex Abramov.

The Russian extreme sports star Valery Rozov has made the highest ever BASE jump after leaping off Mt Everest from an altitude of 7,220m. Rozov made the jump on May 5th after almost two years of planning and training. Check out the video and the full story on our news page.

Valery Rozov group of 11 people was working in our expedition. Among them, his constant companions for the most extreme expeditions: Alexander Ruchkin, Thomas Senf and Sergey Krasko. The group was acclimated, has prepared the site for a touchdown and a shooting onNorth Rongbukglacier. Time was short, and Valery decided to jump at the first opportunity, on May 5.

Red Bull:

The ascent began on the Chinese side on the famous north route. Rozov had selected a spot for his leap at an altitude of 7,220 meters. It took him four days to climb from base camp to the jumping location, assisted by a team of four Sherpas.

At precisely 2:30 p.m. local time on May 5th, with temperatures at -18 Celsius, he jumped. Because the cliff at the top was not very high, the initial moment in the rarified high altitude air was extremely precarious.

Rozov needed more time than usual in the thin air to transition from freefall to flying. But after that he flew for nearly a full minute at speeds of about 200 km/h down the north face before landing safely on the Rongbuk glacier (5,950m).

Back in Kathmandu

Solemn meeting to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the conquest of Everest held inKathmandu.Russiawas represented by 7 people.

Meeting friends: Lena Trishankova (7 Summits Adventures), Alex Abramov (Everest five times summiter), Leila Albogachiev (twice Everest summiter), Marianne Surunchal, Vladimir Shataev (summiter ofMount Everest), Maadyr Khovalyg.

InKathmanduthe gala evening was waiting at Rum Doodle, with awarding diplomas. Then all members went home. As a result of the expedition the summit ofMount Everest was climbed by 10 Europeans and 9 Sherpas. A total of 19 people. And 3 members climbed the North Peak of Everest (Changtse).

We crossed the border. Denis Provalov and Vladimir Rychenko even managed to jump with badges.
