Hi, Seven Summits! After climbing the Jebel Toubkal, every day we spend 4-5 hours on a bus. But our program is very interesting. The day before yesterday we visited the studio, starring famous, interesting movies .... I only remember "Gladiator." Then yesterday we drove to the desert. Camels got us into deep sand dunes, we greeted the dawn on the highest dune in North Africa. This morning we drove again on camels, and returned to civilization. Now we are in a hotel next to the castle ... Ait Ben Haddou, which also were shooting films such as "Gladiator", "Asterix and Obelix" and other ... And tomorrow we, finally, we move to the ocean coast and will rest ... All greetings from the whole group! Artem Rostovtsev.

Hello, Seven Summits! This is a group of Alpari headed by Artem Rostovtsev. Today we went to Mount Toubkal. Of the 32 participants came to the mountain 29 climbed it up the top. The descent was a bit slow for us, but it ended well. Even before dark we went to the village of Imlil, and now we are all in Marrakech .... In the morning we go to the Sahara Desert ... Goodbye!

  Today, our group climbed the highest peak in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro (Uhuru Peak). Now the group is going  down to Horombo. Further program: rest after climb and safari on the most beautiful national parks of Tanzania.

A large group of Lemax Company from the city of Taganrog climbed to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro almost all the staff on July 23. They have dedicated their ascent to the boss, owner of company - Leonid Matusevich. After climb they were on a two-day safari (Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater) and then spent a few days in Zanzibar, on the northern-most part of it.

The whole trip was the date of 17-31 July 2015.

Today, July 23, early in the morning, 17 members of Taganrog group from Lemax company climbed Uhuru Peak of Mount Kilimanjaro (5895 meters). Four members of the expedition reached Stella Point (5685 meters), another participant turned from a mark of 5300 meters. And one participant came yesterday down in Moshi.

Considering that the experience in climbing the group was small, it is a very good result.

The group is now going down to the camp Millennium Health, there is no problems in the group.

The ascent was accomplished in honor of the 60th anniversary of the founder and CEO of the company Leonid Matusevich.

Yesterday, July 17, a big group of the Tanzanian team from company Lemax from Taganrog arrived in Tanzania … A team of 23 persons committed a trip to the birthday of their leader, the founder of the company Leonid Matusevich. According to the plan the group should climb the highest mountain in Africa - Kilimanjaro by Machame route. The program is specially planned so that the day of the assault took place on the anniversary (60 years) of Leonid Matusevich. After the ascent of a part of the group will fly home, and second part will continue their trip a two-day safari in Tanzania's most interesting national parks.

A LEMAX team on Kamchatka

Today, June 10th, a small group of climbers from our Club flew to Morocco to climb the highest peak in the country Jebel Toubkal and to celebrate the Day of Russia. They are Alexander Semenyuk and Roman Smirnov – both active participants of programs of the 7 Summits Club.

Today is the day of departure. It is a pity. The Country is magic. Group is wonderful. No one wants to leave. We'll have to go somewhere else all together :)

A group of 15 people led by Anastasia Kuznetsova today made a successful ascent to the summit of Jebel Toubkal in Morocco, the highest peak in North Africa. It's nice that the group has reached   the summit in full, including two children 11 and 12 years old. They did it like all climbers. The mountains  here are beautiful, alive - they are filled with streams, waterfalls, flying butterflies, ladybugs. In general, we walked and admired nature. It was very cheerful and fun. Now we are in Marrakech, enjoy the exotic East, rest after the climb. We have a wonderful mood, and we continue our journey through Morocco. Constantine Ryzhak by telephone from Marrakech...

Four more persons are added to our group today - Natalya, Andrey and Ilya Dulskiy from Irkutsk and Andrey Krasnik from Moscow. We almost all together, only Konstantin Ryzhak has to catch up with us in mountains.

Morocco opens to us infinite bright fabulous multi-colored east fairy tale. Tomorrow we go to mountains.

All members of the small expedition of the 7 Summits Club made a successful ascent to the highest peak of Kilimanjaro massif - Uhuru Peak. March 26 it was made by Vasily Petrov and Artem Sawin, next day, March 27 – by Andrey Strunilin. All of them climbed the Machame route. Everything went perfectly, without problems.

Vasily and Artem had managed to take part in a tour on the mine of tanzanite and already came to Russia. Andrey was leaving today on a tour of Arusha, after which in the evening he will fly home.

Morocco is popular! Today another group of 7 Summits Club started off the program ascent of Toubkal (4165m) with local guides. In March - this is a serious event, in North Africa has been kept winter, need to climb with crampons, ice axes. After the mountains the team continue the program to the Sahara and will get acquainted with the ancient Arab cities.

Marina Nagel (Germany) and Gennady Puzankevich (Belarus) climbed up to the Uhuru Peak, the highest peak in Africa, Kilimanjaro massif, on the program of 7 Summits Club. Natalia Lavretzkay also was with them in the expedition, but she did not reach the top. The usual route, but it was not quite normal ascent. The fact is that Gennady did it in slippers on his bare feet. Not for the sake of records, not to impress someone. He always walks barefoot and followed his tradition on Kilimanjaro. Mountain shoes were in a backpack.

Gennady Puzankevich – in general, is an outstanding person, with a unique profession - he taxidermist makes stuffed animals. But the main thing - the whole way of his life on nature and his own style in all...

Belarussian taxidermist Gennady Puzankevich lives in his house in the town of Zhodino, some 50 km (31 miles) east of Minsk, Gennady, one of the most well-known taxidermist in Belarus, has produced some 7000 birds and animals for domestic and international clients during his 40 year-long career. His private collection numbers some 250 birds and animals.

Not so long ago, Eugene Vdovin made a winter ascent of the highest peak of the country and North Africa - Mount Jebel Toubkal. And now he sent us a selection of his photographs. Winter in Morocco was not as severe, maybe this is the best time for climbing - the mountains are more beautiful than in summer. And at the valley it is not so hot. But he entire country remains delightful....

We apologize for the previously published unverified information! Azerbaijan climber Farid Novruzi was at the highest summit of Morocco! February 16, he successfully climbed the Mount of Jebel Toubkal. Farid so quickly ran to the top, that none of the others did not understand. Probably a good acclimatization helped him - he recently returned from big Ecuador tour.

A small group of members of the 7 Summits Club returns home from Morocco, with good achievement. Eugene Vdovin made a winter ascent on the highest peak in the country and whole North Africa - Jebel Toubkal. Congratulations! The second participant, Farid Novruzi did not reach the top, a bit. We hope that in the future he will climb a lot of summits. Maybe he'll be back on the Jebel Toubkal. The Mount could wait ...

When it comes to aerial adventures, there are few athletes as accomplished as the Russian Valery Rozov. A champion climber, skydiver and wingsuit flyer, he's been pushing the boundaries of possibility for over two decades. Aged 50, he's still going strong and is just back from making the first BASE jump from Kilimanjaro – and it required an exit point that some might call 'challenging'. Below, he tells us how it differs from the challenge of Everest and why he can't wait to explore new exit points in remote mountains...

So how was it?

It was quite difficult for us. The wall was not vertical and so we spent some days trying to find a proper point to jump from. That was the most difficult problem. Another was the weather. There's no mountain around so it attracts clouds on the summit.

So how does Kilimanjaro compare to Everest?

It's totally different! Different cultures, different style of climbing, the weather. Everything! Everest in general is more difficult. It took so much more time and was more demanding physically due to the altitude. Also with Everest, I focused all my life on making this jump. It took two years to plan. When it happened I was super happy.

World's highest mountain, Africa's highest mountain, anything you want to tell us?

I have climbed and jumped from the highest suitable points of four continents: Changtse (Everest) in Asia, Elbrus, the highest point in Europe, Ulvetanna and Holtanna in Antarctica and now Kilimanjaro in Africa. Yes, I have a seven summits challenge – there's the Americas and Australia/Oceania still to do. But better to talk about it after I have done it!

Where do you get your kicks?

For many years I was a professional climber. Doing big jumps from big mountains is very interesting for me. Being the first to the top is important in mountaineering and it's the same with jumping. Being the first, it's an understandable motivation. The sports are a good combination and similar: the logistics, the climbing and then jumping. It's always an adventure which I like!

What's next in the sport?

Jumping from new exits in big mountains will definitely be one of the most popular trends in the next years. Proximity flying? You know it's difficult for this to continue developing because it's very dangerous. A lot of people can do it so it's not unique. It just depends on how much risk you're prepared to take. Technically, it's not that difficult now – it's just a question of risk. I like proximity flying but to focus on it professionally does not make sense for me.

You're 50. For how much longer will you keep doing this stuff?

I don't know. As long as it continues to be interesting for me and for as long as I'm motivated. Recently I found a new exit point that's higher than my Everest jump and that's exciting for me. So I'll keep going for as long as I'm physically able and so long as I want to continue.

Yesterday the expedition under the leadership of Valery Rozov returned from Tanzania. Dates of trip: 3 – 13 th of February, 2015. The main goal of the expedition was the jump of Valery Rozov from the wall of the Kilimanjaro massif. The expedition, as usual, was sponsored by Red Bull. And the 7 Summits Club was the organizer of the trip, as the most friendly company and the most competent in the region.

Climbing Kilimanjaro was made by the most difficult, rarely used route - by the Western breach Face. For successful acclimatization, several nights was been spent in the crater of the volcano.
