We climbed to the top of Aconcagua yesterday!!! Very harsh weather conditions, temperatures down to -40 ° C, strong winds up to 60-70 km / h. But most of the group with guides Viktor Ershov and Zhenya Staroselsky, 9 people, climbed to the top! A real storm! And we're the only ones in 7 days who could get in. We started from the camp Nido De Condores, 5500 m, and in 16 hours climbed the mountain, and for another 5 hours – went down. Today we have reached the Base - Plaza de Mulas, tomorrow we run to the entrance to the Park and to warm Mendoza!

Hello, dears! We stomped for seven and a half hours, climbed about 1300 m with huge backpacks to make a depot on the Pass. But down we fled quickly, for four hours. The weather was incredible for Patagonia:  absolute absence of wind and bright sun. We've been enjoying the super views of Fitz-Roy all along.  Now the mountain is a little closer to us. According to the plan we will have two days of rest.  And on Saturday we will start our way to the summit.

Hello dears!  There is a climbing group led by Boris Yegorov and Sasha Lastochkin. Today we climbed a multi-pitch in the vicinity of El Chalten.  We have worked out each of their roles to perfection, enjoy high-quality climbing and cool views. Of course, we celebrated it at a local restaurant. Then we are going to do tomorrow depot on the famous Paso Superior. We have 6 hours to go one way, dig a snow cave for the future and return to spend a night in the heat. Tomorrow should be good weather for climbing the Pass, then the wind starts. We plan to start the climb of Mount Fitz-Roy approximately at the beginning of next week – inshallah…

Hello dears! There are guides Boris Egorov and Sasha Lastochkin. Today we arrived in Patagonia in the city of El Calafate. There is already a cold wind, but it does not hinder for walking. We with our group bought up some equipment and finally tried the famous Argentine steaks. The mood is high, we continue to get used to the local time and try to walk more, as we will have long approaches.

 Hello dears!!! Our friendly fighting detachment Las Heras went to 5500 for acclimatization. And we did not just go, and even stayed for the night. The team proved themselves well, went up quick and cheerfully. Advanced team under the leadership of Viktor Ershov and Eugene Staroselsky has climbed for five and a half hours. The rearguard (group of Hedonists) under the leadership of Vladimir Kotlyar ascended in six and a half hours. The acclimatization program has been completed, now we will wait for a weather window and pray for good luck!

 Hi, The 7 Summits Club! Group Las Heras continues to acclimatize. The whole group we went to 5000 m. the weather was great, but a little wind blows. The heads of members, of course, still ache, but this does not prevent us from being on the wave of positive and enjoy the surrounding beauty!

Hello, 7  Summits!!!!  I wish everyone a happy New Year on behalf of the Las heros team! Today we all moved to the Plaza de Mulas, in our base camp.  Our staff Anechka, Andrey and Valery have already prepared everything for the holiday!!! Hurrah!!!

 Hello, 7 Summits Club! We've finally gone to the mountains! Today our base is a small ski resort of Penitentes, at a height of 2700 meters above sea level. Having reached this place, we prepared our simple belongings for transportation on mules, and went for acclimatization. The whole group went to the height of 3100. When I looked back at the group, goosebumps ran on the skin: after all, such a detachment can capture some medieval city!

 Aloja, 7 Summits!!!! All members of the group “Los Heros” gathered in the capital of Argentine winemaking! Finally, all the luggage got to Mendoza after the participants, paid and received permits for the mountain, purchased products and resolved other domestic issues. Tomorrow we will move to the mountains together! Wish us luck!

Four members and one guide of the 7 Summits Club climbed to the top of Aconcagua! There was no one else on the mountain that day. The climb took 24 hours and the locals called us crazy.

Hello! Justified the name (Double Victor - that is a Double Victory!) and today at 14.15 we stood at the top of Aconcagua - one of the first this season in general and the first from the Russian camp of the 7 Summits! The ascent took place in difficult conditions - in the morning and at night there was a strong wind with small grains, then for a few hours it spread and was relatively warm. And on the descent we were covered with a thunderstorm with fog – we were a little beat static.  There were four forecasts, which I compared before the ascent - none was justified! But this did not prevent us to successfully ascend and no less successfully descend immediately from the top to the base camp of Plaza de Mulas! Season's open! Hurray!

Today, a group named as a “Gypsy camp” leaves, but not in the sky, but for acclimatization overnight in the camp Nido de Condores. Yesterday there was a day of rest, so we could gain strength. Tomorrow at evening, we are scheduled to return to the base Camp of the Plaza de Mulas.  Your guides: Kotlyar, Berezin, Miasoedov.

Greetings from the group "W"!  We reached 5800, then went down to the base camp  Placa de Mulas.  We are now resting one day and tomorrow we go back up the slopes  of Aconcagua, already with an eye to the top!

Good morning , 7 Summits!!! Our “Gypsy camp” and finally got to the mountains! Yesterday we came to the village of Penitentes, checked equipment, handed over the bags and boxes with provisions for loading on the mules, and then went for a walk in the surrounding hills. We went to a height of 3000 meters, it was a nice walk. Today we go further, and for couple of days we will be off-line . All, for a while!

Finally, the preparation for the season is over and the first group flew to us in Mendoza.   The group consists of eleven members and there's four muses, four fairies of  Aconcagua!!! Luda, Zhenya, Nastya, Sasha! Men, too, as the selection - a miracle heroes!!! Well, we will hope for the weather, because such a stellar team  is simply obliged to climb to the top! Let's hope that the mountain going to let us up!!!!

A team of our Aconcagua Guides have completed their work in Santiago and are moving to Argentina.  The group was divided into two parts: Ershovs and Berezin go by bus straight to Mendoza. Kotlyar and David go by lorry with camp equipment in Penitentes. All things from a depot was dismantled, purchased a generator for lighting the camp. This season we will organize a special "Russian camp" for several consecutive groups of  the 7 Summits Club. 

Season of the 7 Summits Club on Aconcagua successfully completed. Most of the participants of our two groups successfully reached the top, all of them came home alive and healthy.
