Hi, Seven Summits! It is Artem Rostovtsev from the Atacama Desert. We are already at the fourth day of the program. Yesterday we climbed the Mont Blanc, "a local Mont Blanc", the mountain with an altitude of 4800 - it is called the Seven Brothers. Now we leave the camp Laguna Rosso and go up  in Camp Verde Lagoon. All members of the expedition feel great, the weather is great. Only the wind is trying to have a little bit from place to place to rearrange.

So far everything is going according to plan. Further there will be no communicatio  and we hope to report back after the climb.

Hello! This is Olga Rumyantseva from the expedition to Aconcagua. Yesterday we came to the Confluenzia camp and today took a walk in a beautiful valley, to the very beautiful South Face of Aconcagua. Also, we are successfully (miraculously)  passed a medical examination. And we were permitted. Tomorrow we go to the Plaza de Mulas. All people have a good mood, Bye!

The Ojos-2017 team on start. We have celebrated  successful arrival of all in Kopiapo,  people as well as  baggage. And  we have given a toast to Birthday of the head of Club of 7 Summits Club  Alexander Abramov. We wish him indestructible health!

And now, we begin to move forward in heart of the Atacama Desert, to the goal of our expedition.

Olga Rumyantseva, guide of 7 summits Club: Today, all the participants of the second expedition of the 7 Summits Club on Aconcagua gathered in Mendoza. Exploration of  this remarkable region began, as expected, with meat and Malbec. Unfortunately, tomorrow we will leave this wonderful city and move to Penitentes, where we will begin our journey to Aconcagua.

Hello, Seven Summits! Take an information about the first group on Aconcagua. We spent, our group, for two nights on the Nest of the Condor. There was  any condors, of course,  we have not seen it, and today have climbed the camp Colera, an altitude of 6 thousand meters. As practice shows, young people need more time for acclimatization. Unfortunately, it was proved by our youngest participant Christine. She went down with the second guide, Myasoedov Valery, down to the camp Plaza de Mulas. We, the remaining members, climbed to camp Colera. Our summit climb now depends only on wind speed. We will be here waiting for favorable conditions. And Christina with Valery will have a chance to try again, the time they have. Briefly, that is all. Bye! Sergey Larin.

Hi, Seven Summits! Take the information from Aconcagua! Today, our team climbed up at the Canada camp, at altitude 5040 meters. Before that, we spent three nights at the Plaza de Mulas, where committed acclimatization walks around the neighborhood. Tomorrow, we will advancing into the camp 2, "Condor's Nest." Today, January 7 at evening we went up to the base camp Plaza de Mulas. The altitude is 4350 meters. All is OK.

Medical examination at the Confluencia is required - put a mark in the Permit.

The expedition began. The permits are obtained. The preparatory process was not boring. Lost baggage, cancellation and changes of flights, etc.

Now all the troubles are behind. Just ahead, up the goal! All according to plan. We went to Penitentes ...

January 3th  - the official start of our expedition to Aconcagua. Coming to Argentina on the eve,  the 7 Summits Club guide Sergey Larin met  other members in the solar and green Mendoza. According to the plan today, they must settle all formalities and go to the beginning of the route. We will wait for messages ....

Hello! This Alexander Abramov, the mountain Alpamayo program. Today, on the way to our camp, one of  Peruvian guides was injured from a fall he hurt his leg, possibly a broken tibia .... Because of this, we have stopped the climb. Now the rescue work continues. Danger to life is no guide. But climbing on Alpamay canceled. We go back without summit.

Hello! Alexander Abramov sends information from the top of theMount of Nevado Pisco. We are right in the heart of the Cordillera Blanca, the most famous Peruvian mountains. In fact, the summit is luxurious. We went here for 9 hours, quite hard physically, exhausting  and relatively difficult ascent. 12 people climbed to the top:  three Peruvian guide, I - Abramov and eight Russian members of the expedition. There was no wind, that's amazing. Around we have a perfect view, absolutely at all mountain of Northern Peru. So far, everything is fine, four days later our team will be climbing the most beautiful mountain in the world - Alpamayo. From here we can see it, too. 7 Summits Club as always on top. Forward and upward!

Alexander Abramov: All Alpamayo team arrived in Lima. We partake of the latest creature of comforts. The best restaurant in the capital of Peru - Rosa Nautica. And there was a meeting with the chief guide Eric. All  participants have fun and try to rebuild the biological time. The difference with Moscow - 6 hours. Tomorrow at 4:40 am we go to Huaraz ...

As a result, I was not able to reach the top missing a couple of hundred meters.. I did everything I could, and even more. I resisted to the last, and climbed higher and higher. But, alas! In the end, leaving only the desire and the will, but no forces. I could not take a step up. I had to climb down from a height somewhere 6700 meters, after admiring the amazingly beautiful surrounding countryside from this height panorama…

January, 28^th  a team of the 7 Summits Club climbed to the top of the highest volcano in the world, Mount Ojos del Salado. Under the leadership of the president of the Club Alexander Abramov peaks was reached by Dmitry Ginkulov, Oleg Pimenov, Irena Kharazova ... Unfortunately, several members for various reasons, did not reach the summit. Due to the strong winds in this year most of the climbing expeditions refused to climb up the top.

  Ojos del Salado - a very specific mountain, height of almost 7000 meters, located in the region of one of the driest deserts in the world Atacama. The combination of mountains and desert landscape gives rise to quite unusual, unique landscapes. All this makes an expedition to Ojos completely original event an unforgettable experience. Then there are dozens of beautiful pictures and vivid memories for a lifetime...

 We are on the top !!! It says Vladimir Kotlyar, the 7 Summits Club. With me here are Sergey, Eugene and Daniil. We are standing now at the top, all together!  Weather is wonderful! View stunning. And it is not cold - we are even not frozen.

Hello everybody! It is Vladimir Kotlyar. We are sitting now, having dinner in a tent  in the high camp Cholera, at six thousands. Wind, of course, is very strong. It seems that the tent was about to leave for a flight. But it's probably good - if we raise the right to the top. And actually, jokes joke, it is not best condition for climb, we will  fight. At five in the morning, we will try to exit on the summit bid, we will break through. Because this is the only one weather window, the unique opportunity in those days, that we set to climb. So, wish us luck! Adios! We will do everything possible to reach the summit of Aconcagua.
