February 10. Today the Russian famous climber, the youngest Russian climbers on Everest, guide of 7 Summits Club Sergei Kofanov went from Moscow to Argentina. His destination is highest mountain of South America – Aconcagua (not for the first time). But now it is climbing as part of his new project "7 Summits in one year”.

He started this project in the summer of 2008. And he already has climbed: Kilimanjaro (for the seventh time), Elbrus (for the fifth time), Carstensz, Kosciuszko (for the third time) and Mount Vinson. In his nearest plans is expedition to Everest(will start from April,1) and McKinley (in June).

Also in this expedition to the highest point of South America will take part other members of 7 Summits Club:

Olga Boreykina – she has climbed Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, Kosciuszko, Carstenzs Pyramid (became the first Russian woman at this peak) and Mount Vinson.

Vladimir Stepashko – he has climbed Kilimanjaro, Carstenzs Pyramid (the first Ukrainian), Mount Vinson.

Gregory Korisch - he has climbed Elbrus, Kilimanjaro, Kosciuszko, Carstenzs Pyramid and Mount Vinson.
