Hola! The "Los Hombres" group today had a rest day after a long trek from Confluencia to Plaza de Mulas. After lunch, we decided to go on an excursion to an abandoned shelter. On the way, we had to cross calgasporas (aka penitentes). It turned out to be a quite difficult task. But we managed!

Hola! The "Los Hombres" group arrived at the Confluencia camp today. Before that, the group registered at the National Park office, where they also received instructions on the rules for being in the National Park. After that, they set off. In three hours, slowly and exploring the surroundings, they reached the camp. We settled in comfortable tents, as usual, our service is at the highest level. We will spend two nights here. Tomorrow we will go towards Plaza Francia and after lunch we will undergo a medical examination.

Hola! The "Los Hombres" group set off for the foot of Aconcagua. Today we arrived from Mendoza to Puente del Inca (Inca Bridge). Our glamping camp with comfortable cabins is located here. Upon arrival, we walked to the famous Inca Bridge, after which we started repacking our things to send to the upper camps: Confluencia and Plaza de Mulas.  Namaste from Nepal! The "Pandas" group set out on the route to Mera Peak today. Yesterday we spent the whole day in Lukla, waiting for our luggage. Finally, the luggage is delivered, and nothing prevents us from moving on. So: in the morning we left Lukla for Chutang, at about 12 o'clock in the afternoon we were there. After lunch - a small climb to the heights (plus 250 meters vertically) after which we returned to the lodge for dinner. Tomorrow we have a long day, the crossing of the Zatrva-La pass is ahead.

Namaste from Nepal! Today, the morning of the "70s" group began long before dawn. At three o'clock in the morning, we went to Kalapathar to see the morning Everest from a vantage point. After that we went back down to Gorakshep, from where we went to Dingboche. Tomorrow our team splits up: part of the group, having completed the program "Trekking to Everest Base Camp", goes to Lukla, and from there to Kathmandu. The road from Deboche starts in a rhododendron forest, we gradually gain altitude and after the suspension bridge we get to alpine meadows. On the right throughout the day we had Ama Dablam. Everest was also visible in the morning, the summit of which is covered with snow. Gradually gaining altitude, in the afternoon, we were already in Dingboche. Namaste from Nepal! The "70s" group with air adventures has reached the trekking part of the program. On the first day, we flew from Kathmandu to Ramechap. Where we spent the next day waiting for the flight to Lukla. And only today in the afternoon we found ourselves in Phakding, using two helicopters. From Phakding we reached Monjo. Now we are resting in the lodge, tomorrow we are going to Namche Bazaar.
