Today Elbrus pleased climbers with good weather. In the bright sun and light wind, members of the 7 Summits Club groups climbed to the highest altitude in their acclimatization rotation. In the South, this is a large group with guides Andrey Berezin and Boris Yegorov. They climbed the Pastukhov Rocks to a height of 4800 meters. Another guide of the 7 Summits Club, Sergey Larin, went up there with a VIP group of four people. On the Northern face of Elbrus, another group of the 7 Summits Club completed rotation on the Lenz Rocks, at an altitude of approximately 4800 meters. Tomorrow all groups will have a day of rest and then - an attempt to storm the summit.

Summit! There is the Western peak of Mount Elbrus! Today, the group of the 7 Summits Club "Naughty squirrel and the brotherhood of the ice axe" climbed to the top of Mount Elbrus (5642). After several days of bad weather, the weather has been fine since yesterday. Everyone who was waiting for the weather window rushed to the top. A new group called "Naughty squirrel and the brotherhood of the ice axe" has arrived in the Elbrus region. Today we made an acclimatization trip to the Cheget slope. We started our journey in the rain, but it was getting better by the afternoon. And then we continued to climb under the sun. Today we climbed to the Plaza Berlin (5920), from where we descended to the base camp of the Plaza de Mulas. Tomorrow, according to the program, it will be rest. Future plans are weather dependent.
