Namaste from Nepal! The group "70s" left Dingboche this morning, altitude 4300m. And in the afternoon, we already arrived in the settlement of Lobuche, altitude 4900m. Today the weather was wonderful and we saw the famous mountains: Ama Dablam, Pumori, Lobuche, Tobuche, Nuptse. On the way we visited the memorial to the fallen climbers. Tomorrow we are going to Gorakshep. And to the Everest base camp.

Namaste from Nepal! The group of the 7 Summits Club "70e" left Deboche today and went to Dingboche, a village located at the foot of the beautiful Ama Dablam. The road from Deboche starts in a rhododendron forest, we gradually gain altitude and after the suspension bridge we get to alpine meadows. On the right throughout the day we had Ama Dablam. Everest was also visible in the morning, the summit of which is covered with snow. Gradually gaining altitude, in the afternoon, we were already in Dingboche. Namaste from Nepal! The joint group of the "70s" program continued its journey towards the Everest Base Camp. Today we left the beautiful capital of the Sherpas Namche Bazaar and went to Deboche. On the way we visited a Buddhist monastery. We also saw Everest for the first time, the weather is clear all day. Tomorrow we go to Pheriche.

Namaste from Nepal! Today the group "Island Peak" arrived in Namche Bazaar. The path went along the Khumbu River, which we crossed several times on suspension bridges. In Namche Bazaar we met a group going to the Everest Base Camp. Here we joined and will continue as a single group "70s". In the afternoon we walked around the capital of the Sherpas. Namaste from Nepal! The "70s" group with air adventures has reached the trekking part of the program. On the first day, we flew from Kathmandu to Ramechap. Where we spent the next day waiting for the flight to Lukla. And only today in the afternoon we found ourselves in Phakding, using two helicopters. From Phakding we reached Monjo. Now we are resting in the lodge, tomorrow we are going to Namche Bazaar.

News from the Elbrus region! Yesterday, September 13, the 7 Summits Club group "While the mushrooms" successfully climbed the Western summit of Elbrus. The weather and the condition of the route were wonderful. Therefore, at 6:15 we were all standing on the top together. From where a view of the surroundings opened up. And also a huge shadow of the Western summit of Elbrus was visible. After that there was a descent down, gathering and departure on an overloaded cable car to the hotel. And also a gala evening with the presentation of awards and certificates.

News of the Elbrus region! The new group of the 7 Summits Club called "While the mushrooms" began preparations for climbing Elbrus. Today we walked along the slopes of Mount Cheget to the Ai cafe. The trail leads through a picturesque forest, which then gives way to lush alpine meadows. The weather was cloudy today, sometimes it tried to rain. The mountains were all covered, Elbrus did not show up. Tomorrow we are heading to the National Park shelter, where we will spend a few days before the ascent.

Yesterday, September 6th, a group the 7 Summits Club El Pupsa made a successful ascent on the summit of Elbrus. The weather forecast, predicting snowfall, did not come true (more precisely, the bad weather shifted to a later time). As a result, the summit was windless and clear. The group has climbed at a good pace and without losses. The descent also went smoothly.

News of the Elbrus region. The new group, called "El Pupsy", has begun preparations for the ascent of Elbrus. On the first day, we went to the slopes of Mount Cheget for acclimatization. The path goes along a picturesque forest path, which is replaced by no less beautiful alpine meadows. We went to the cafe "Ai", ate chebureks with khichins and appreciated the taste of wonderful mountain tea. Tomorrow we will climb to the refuge situated on Elbrus slopes, where we will continue to prepare for the ascent.

Elbrus region news. Yesterday, August 30, the 7 Summits Club group "Brusnika" successfully climbed the Western peak of Elbrus. The weather was wonderful, sunny and windless. From the summit, there were beautiful views of the Greater Caucasus Range and far to the north. All participants walked well and felt good.

 News from the Elbrus region. The 7 Summits Club group "Brusnika" continues acclimatization and preparation for the ascent of Elbrus. Today we went to the Pastukhov Rocks. It was clear in the morning, and we enjoyed the views of the majestic Elbrus. And by the middle of the day the weather began to deteriorate - fog, light snow. We went to the Rocks in a solid fog. Guide of the 7 Summits Club Andrey Berezin reports from the Elbrus region:

News of the Elbrus region. The group of the 7 Summits Club called "Brusnika" began the active part of acclimatization and preparation for climbing Elbrus. It was raining this morning. Therefore, we had to postpone the start an hour later. We went, as usual, to the legendary cafe "Ai". Autumn in the Caucasus is coming into its own. It is damp and cool. We hope that the cyclone will go away in the coming days, and the weather will improve by the day of the ascent.

We also visited the rental shop today and took all the necessary equipment.

Tomorrow we will climb to the National Park refuge, where we will continue preparing for the ascent.

Pamir is calling! On August 15, the Club 8000 group "Lenin, brothers!" climbed Lenin Peak! The day was long. The first half of the day, as usual in the Pamirs, was clear and cloudless. We reached the summit after lunch; at which time the mountain was already covered by clouds and light snow began to fall. The descent took place under a snowfall. Here we felt all the vast expanses of Lenin Peak and its power. As a result, closer to the evening, the whole team was in the Third Camp.

It turns out that we have passed the Lenin Glacier in both directions. Now is the second half of the season, the cracks on the glacier are getting bigger. There are many stairs on the trail. Now we are in the First Camp. We are resting, recuperating, monitoring the weather forecast, choosing a day for the ascent.
