Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus!  Today our group "37" made its acclimatization rotation to the Pastukhov Rocks (4700m.). The weather was different today: it was windy and snowy in the first half, and the sun was pleasant on the descent. Tomorrow is a rest day, before the summit assault.

The group of the 7 Summits Club "Octobrata" left the glorious and warm city of Osh today and arrived at the Achik-Tash Glade after seven hours of driving. There we were very warmly welcomed and settled in comfortable yurts, with all amenities. The base camp is very conveniently located and well equipped. There is a nice and spacious dining room, and it has delicious food.

Greetings from Iran from the group "Third Mountain"! We are already in Tehran! For many, it was the third mountain in a row, and we are glad that the name of the group justified itself. Yesterday, at about 7.30, the "Third Mountain" in two subgroups, almost in full force, went to the top of Damavand with an interval of 15 minutes. Unfortunately, one participant reached only 5200 m. In total, 13 of the 14 participants reached the top. Why is it so early at 7.30, the question arises. We had to accept the challenge of bad weather, which settled in the Damavand area for several days. We had to make a choice between a bad forecast and a very bad one. The collective decision of the guides was to go out in two subgroups at 21.00 and 23.00. A very non-standard plan, but it justified itself. Through snow and wind in difficult conditions, for the first time in our many years of experience, we made this ascent. Our participants showed incredible courage and perseverance.  News of the Elbrus region. The Active Life group moved from Cheget Glade to the National Park refuge. We stayed in comfortable trailers. We conducted snow and ice classes in the area of the Refuge of 11. Tomorrow we have a ritation to the Pastukhov Rocks.

The group of the 7 Summits Club "AAA Team" went today to acclimatize to the top of Mount Beshtau. We climbed it in full force.  We are preparing to climb from the North side of Elbrus with a further descent to the South side.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today, our new group called "37" made its first acclimatization trip along the slopes of Mount Cheget to the Ai cafe (2700m). The weather today has pleased us with the sun, the alpine meadows - with flowers and views of the mountains surrounding us.

This year, we invited Ilya Gladkikh, a talented video-operator and film author, to the Everest expedition. We were invited him to make our reporting materials at a high professional level. We received the first results directly from the event sites. Watch our channel. It took time to edit the film, and now a big movie is on the way. The premiere is coming soon – let's wait a little longer.

 Kathmandu is a bright, unusual and very interesting city. The capital of Nepal, from which expeditions to the Summits of the Himalayas start. Kathmandu is a real "mecca" for climbers, a point of attraction for mountain lovers from all over the world.

We invite you to plunge into the atmosphere of this mysterious city with its unique flavor: Buddhist stupas and temples, a kaleidoscope of cars and people, the smells of burning candles and garlands of colorful sacred flags.

Greetings from Iran, from the assault camp on the slopes of Demavend! Our group "The Third Mountain" went to the final acclimatization rotation today and is now preparing to storm the summit. The ascent takes place in difficult weather conditions. They plan is to start in two groups. The ascent will start earlier than usual in order to catch the maximum weather window.

The 7 Summits Club is shocked by the news of sudden Vitaly Simonovich's death. This is one of our best friends, who walked with us along a wonderful route through the "seven summits", through the "seven volcanoes" and through the two poles. Here is such a "Grand Slam"! It seems that Vitaly was the first in the world who succeeded.  A successful businessman, an organizer of production, an organizer of trips to the mountains of his employees and friends, an athlete pilot, an accomplished person in all respects. We grieve! We met only recently and awarded him our orders. We can't believe!

2.06, 3rd day.  All salom from Iran!  The group of the 7 Summits Club "Third Mountain" continues its acclimatization program before climbing Damavand.  After a morning high-altitude exercise and an excellent breakfast, we went down by cable car to Tehran and rode by comfortable minibusus to the foot of Damavand.

On the way, we had lunch at our favorite Adam and Eve restaurant, tasting delicious kebabs and fresh salads. Then we visited the House of the Iranian Mountaineering Federation and issued the necessary permits for climbing Damavand.  On the way to Larijan, a local thermal spring resort, we stopped at the poppy meadow for a branded local photo shoot.

After staying at the hotel, we visited the pool with thermal waters and enjoyed seven types of kebabs at dinner in the local kebab shop, everything is very cool!

Well-fed and satisfied, we took an evening walk around Larijan, and then went to bed. Tomorrow is going to be a hard day - climbing to the assault camp at 4200m.

Greetings from the group "Marina and 4 dwarfs"! We completed our program with a successful ascent of Mount Elbrus. The weather was gorgeous, everyone went well, everyone deserves a reward!

News of the Elbrus region.  The Restless group in full force climbed the Western peak of Elbrus.  There had been a thunderstorm all the previous evening, and it continued at night in the Elbrus area, but by morning the weather had improved. And all the beautiful views of the Caucasus mountains opened up to us from Summit.

Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today our super-group Elbruz climbed Mount Elbrus (5642m). We got up in good weather and in a great mood. Today was a great opportunity to see the beauty of the mountains.

All salam from Iran! Today, our group called "The Third Mountain" went up to the Tochal ski resort to the alpine hotel of the same name – Tochal.  To a height of 3500m, for primary acclimatization.

The ascent was not difficult, as we used the "technical support" of the local cable car.

After lunch, the weather began to deteriorate, and we decided not to waste time and instead of the Shah Neshin mountain (3800m) go straight to the Peak of Tochal - 3964m. We managed, before the thunderstorm, which came as soon as we entered the hotel.

We went in “pole-pole”, in a very comfortable aerobic mode! After trekking, we did stretching and rest on the eve of dinner.

Greetings to all from Iran! A new group of the 7 Summits Club has arrived in Tehran to climb the highest volcano in Asia, Mount Damavand 5671m.

Today there was a sightseeing tour of the city with a visit to the mirrored halls of the Golestan Palace and lunch at a restaurant located in the ancient building of the first Tehran bank.

And in the evening, we had a welcome dinner in the panoramic restaurant of the Milad TV tower at an altitude of 280 meters. We met and discussed the name of our group.

Four groups of the 7 Summits Club climbed to the Pastukhov Rocks area, which are located at an altitude of 4600-4700 m. So, under the guidance of guides Alexander Avtomonov, Andrey Berezin, Alexander Dorojukov and Dmitry Semenov, the group members completed the acclimatization cycle. The weather was excellent, visibility allowed us to see Elbrus and the mountains of the Main Caucasian Ridge closer.  All the groups went down to the refuge, where the members will rest the next day. And they will also prepare for the assault on the Western peak of Elbrus, which is scheduled for Friday.

 Salom from Iran! Yesterday, the group "Three by three" in full force made an ascent on the summit of Damavand.  In my memory, the most difficult climb, the most difficult weather conditions, all the most unusual… We went out to storm at 23.00, whereas before, all our groups went out at 4-5 in the morning. This was due to the thunderstorm front, which has been steadily covering the Damavand area for the past few days in the afternoon. Safety is always a priority for us, wherever it is, on any mountain. We spent more than a day on our feet, just a couple of hours of rest after dinner, the participants showed a full understanding of the situation and the mood to achieve the goal. As a result, at 6.45 am we were all standing at the top, very tired, but also very happy from this moment of being on the highest volcano in Asia. After almost 8 hours of work in difficult conditions, the snow was knee-deep in places, it was completely uncharacteristic for the June Damavand, in fact, it was like a winter ascent. The indomitable character and willpower of the band members are admired. The guys are great fellows, real fighters! Now we are already in Tehran, resting and recovering. There will be a gala dinner and an award ceremony in the evening.

Three groups of the 7 Summits Club climbed the Refuge National Park, which is located at an altitude of 3800. On the same day, they made a second rotation, climbed to a height of 4100 in the area of the former Refuge of Eleven. Under the guidance of guides Andrey Berezin, Alexander Dorojukov and Dmitry Semenov, the group members trained in the technique of climbing and belay on snow slopes, as well as teamwork. The weather was excellent, visibility allowed to see Elbrus and the mountains of the Main Caucasian Ridge closer.  All the groups went down to the refuge where a sumptuous lunch was waiting for them. And a well-deserved rest.

News of the Elbrus region.  The Restless group began preparations for the ascent of Elbrus.  Today we went up to 2,700 m, on the slope of Mount Cheget. The path passed through a beautiful coniferous forest, which was replaced by Alpine meadows and flowering rhododendron bushes.  Tomorrow we will go to the refuge National Park, where we will continue acclimatization and preparation for climbing Elbrus.
