In the end, our Brazilians climbed Elbrus! Today was a long day, but we did it, we reached the top. The weather was not very friendly: wind, fog, sometimes snow fell. But we overcame ourselves and stubbornly went to our summit. Each of us overcame ourselves and reached the goal. By lunchtime, we descended to Terskol, rested and received well-deserved medals at a gala dinner. After that, we completely switched to rest and recovery after the climb.

Greetings to everyone from Iran from the "Ripe Peach" group! Today was a very long and eventful day for our eyes. We arrived at night, rested a little in our hotel (a real palace) Espinash Palace, and went to the most iconic places of Tehran. We climbed the TV tower, had a delicious lunch of local dishes in a panoramic restaurant. Then we went to the Rose Palace - Golestan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where each hall shines brighter than diamonds. We stopped at souvenir shops, admired the handicrafts of local craftsmen, and after a short rest gathered for a generous dinner.

Today, the SuperGirls team went up on a cable car, then on a snowcat to the Refuge National Park, an altitude of 3900 meters. All the girls were simply amazed by the living conditions. Complete comfort! The main activity today was rest, but we still managed to conduct classes on passing the fixed ropes. The weather is clear, but there is a strong wind. So we will fight tonight. The departure for the ascent is scheduled for 3 am.

 Hello to everyone from Morocco from the Tajin group! Yesterday we reached the Sahara, survived a storm in the desert and spent a wonderful night among the dunes.

We spent half a day driving to the place where the huge orange dunes begin. Before heading into the desert, half of the group decided to relax by the pool. The other half of the group went for a ride on quad bikes through the dunes.

 Then we were all going to mount the camels and go to the tent camp in the desert. But as soon as we drove up to the camels, a real storm broke out. Streams of water poured down, lightning flashed. Local guides said that this happens here once every few years. As soon as the storm died down, refreshed by a light rain, we set out.

Lightning continued to flash, rain poured, but this did not prevent everyone from enjoying themselves. We spent the evening and night in a tent camp. True, it is a very comfortable camp - with beds and a hot shower in each room.

Until late at night we watched Berber dances to the beat of drums. Then we beat the drums ourselves and went to bed. But not for long. Because at six in the morning we went out onto a large dune to meet the dawn.

After breakfast, we mounted our camels again and left the desert with orange dunes.

 21.08. Hello everyone! News from the 7 Summits Club group "Selfless Capybaras and one Fossil Khibinoid". Today our team went to high-altitude acclimatization to Pastukhov Rocks up to 4700 m! We were lucky with the weather. It was sunny, although the wind was still there.

Upon returning to the refuge, a delicious lunch and long-awaited rest awaited us!

Well done everyone, all participants were allowed to climb Elbrus next night.

Greetings from the Brazilians from Elbrus! Today we went on the main acclimatization rotation, climbed Pastukhov Rocks. We spent the night in the refuge, at an altitude of 3900. In the morning we had breakfast early and went out. In crampons we reached the beginning of the rocks, sat there, rested, and simply spent some time for acclimatization. The weather was more than good and we enjoyed the sun and warmth. Then we went down to the hotel to rest. Tomorrow we plan to gain strength and go to the mountain at night.

This morning, the Super Girls project team received full equipment at the rental and immediately rushed up. We walked briskly up the Refuge of 11 area. With the help of our guides, the group members figured out the equipment and mastered the technique of walking on snow and firn slopes. The weather was good, but we hurried down to the Azau Star hotel for lunch. The whole team is in a great mood. We are singing and dancing.

Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, our group "Restaurant Car" continued preparation for the ascent of Elbrus. This time on its slopes. As part of continuing acclimatization, we climbed to the area of the Refuge of 11. Here, classes were held on the technique of moving on snowy terrain. Including practicing self-arrest with an ice ax. We were accompanied by wonderful weather, the group members feel great.

 20.08. Hello everyone! The group of the 7 Summits Club "Selfless Capybaras and one Fossil Khibinoid" moved today from the hotel to the refuge "Nat. Park" at an altitude of 3900 meters. After settling into comfortable houses, we climbed to the refuge of Eleven at an altitude of 4100 meters. There we held "snow-ice" training on the technique of climbing on the terrain such as it will be on the ascent. The weather is super, we worked everything out. On the descent we met a group of our SuperGirls Club led by Alex Abramov!

After lunch we held training on belay systems and the technique of moving on fixed ropes. Now it's dinner and rest.

Today was a great day! The SuperGirls team took an interesting route: we climbed the trail up the slope of Mount Cheget to the Ai cafe. We rested there and then went down to Lake Donguz Orun. Many of the girls in the group were in the mountains for the first time. So, it was very interesting for everyone. Tomorrow we have training "snow classes" on the slope of Elbrus.

Greetings from the Elbrus region! A group of Brazilian friends of the 7 Summits Club climbed to the refuge today and settled into comfortable houses. Then we went to practice walking with crampons and using an ice axe. All participants learned the technique of self-arrest on a snowy slope, walked along the fixed ropes and returned to the house, where a delicious lunch awaited us. In the evening, we discussed plans for tomorrow, getting ready for the climb to the Pastukhov Rocks.

Greetings to everyone from Morocco from the Tajin group! Today, almost the entire group climbed Mount Toubkal. The team set out to climb long before dawn. We climbed over rocks for a long time, walked along rocky paths, looked at the stars and met the dawn. And finally, at eight in the morning, we found ourselves at the top.

Despite the fact that climbing Toubkal is considered quite easy, we had to work hard before we reached the top. Everyone was happy about it. Everyone was especially happy for our young participants in the climb.

By evening, we descended to the village of Imlil, where all the participants in the climb received well-deserved awards. Starting tomorrow, we will begin an exciting entertainment program in other places in Morocco.

Greetings from the "Mountain Ballet" group! The new 7 Summits Club group began their acclimatization program with a walk along the slopes of Mount Cheget. 19.08. Hello everyone! The new group of the 7 Summits Club took a very long and meaningful name "Selfless Capybaras and one Fossil Khibinoide". Today we began acclimatization for climbing the highest point of the Caucasus and Europe, Mount Elbrus. At a good pace, the group members and the guide climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to an altitude of 2750 meters. At this altitude is the famous cafe "Ai", where we were traditionally treated to delicious chebureks with berries.

Tomorrow, according to the plan, we move to the high-mountain refuge National Park at an altitude of 3,500 meters and continue training on the slopes of Elbrus.

 Greetings to everyone from Morocco from the Tajin group! Today we left hot Marrakech and moved closer to the mountains to the village of Imlil, from where we set out towards the highest mountain in North Africa, Toubkal.

We spent the whole day trekking through very beautiful places. On the way, we kept up our strength with wonderful freshly squeezed orange juice. By evening we reached the refuge, from where we will set out for the ascent at night.

Today our new, third program of the Super Girls project has begun. This time we are on Elbrus! We met the girls at the Mineralnye Vody airport with flowers. We arrived in an excellent minibus to Prielbrusye and checked into the best hotel in the area - Azau Star. In the remaining time we managed to take a walk to the Azau waterfall. Tomorrow we plan to hike along the slopes of Mount Cheget and visit Lake Donguz-Orun.

Hello everyone! Yesterday, August 17, the "Ural-TOP-team" of the 7 Summits Club climbed to the top of Western Peak of Elbrus 5642m! The day was very eventful. There were many challenges: from headwind to large traffic jams on fixed ropes. After all, this is the peak of the season. In general, the sunny weather was favorable for a successful ascent.

At the dinner, with national cuisine and excellent hospitality, medals and certificates were presented for the ascent on the highest point of Europe

 Today, August 17, our super-group "Sibiriki" in full force climbed the Western summit of Elbrus (5642m). We climbed on a reserve day, since on Friday there was a hurricane wind at the summit. Everything went well, and the weather pleased us, it was sunny and cool. The group safely descended to the hotel, where they received well-deserved awards and certificates for the ascent.
