29.07. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club group "Walking Above the Clouds" moved to the National Park refuge at an altitude of 3900 m. After lunch, we went to the Refuge of11 at an altitude of 4100 meters, where we held training snow and ice sessions, where we worked on the technique of climbing and self-arrest.

Then at the refuge we adjusted the crampons to the boots and had a very tasty dinner.

Greetings from Elbrus! Today our new group made their first acclimatization rotation. We climbed up the trails and slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai" at an altitude of 2700 meters. The weather was wonderful. After lunch we visited the rental point and were ready to leave for the slopes of Elbrus.

Hello everyone! The new group of the 7 Summits Club "Walking Above the Clouds" began acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. Again a fairytale forest and alpine meadows, the weather allowed us to admire the views of the mountains and the Caucasian giant Elbrus! We climbed to the famous cafe "Ai" at an altitude of 2750 m.

After lunch, we rented the missing equipment and rested ...

Tomorrow we move to the refuge of the National Park at 3900 m, where we will continue our high-altitude acclimatization.

   Greetings from the Elbrus region! Yesterday, on July 25, our group "Not Just Cucumbers" successfully climbed the summit of Elbrus 5642m.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the "Priority of the Caucasus" group! We completed our program with a successful ascent on the summit of Elbrus. We had a good climb. It was clear, but there was a wind with gusts of up to 50 kilometers per hour. But everything ended well. Everyone went down and received well-deserved awards.

Good day to all! The 7 Summits Club "Nestor" group left today at 1-00 am on a snowcat and climbed to an altitude of 5000. Then we moved up and successfully reached the Western summit of Elbrus. Hello to everyone from the Elbrus region! Today the 7 Summits Club group "Ali Na Akupi" in full force climbed to the highest point of Russia and Europe – Mount Elbrus. The weather conditions were quite normal, mostly clear and windy. All participants safely descended and received well-deserved awards.

 23.07. Hello everyone! The group "Five Elements" of the 7 Summits Club set out to climb tonight and reached the Elbrus Saddle - 5350 meters. Due to heavy snowfalls, we were unable to get higher! But no one despairs and everyone is happy with the result, because the entire route from the hotel on Chegetskaya Polyana (2000 m) to Elbrus Saddle (5350 m) was covered on foot, without technical support!

In the evening there was a gala dinner in a national restaurant, and we were already making plans for the future!

Three groups of the 7 Summits Club climbed Pastukhov Rocks today. The weather was gorgeous, wonderful views of the mountains of the Main Caucasus Range opened up. At this point, all three groups have completed their acclimatization cycle. Tomorrow is a day of rest and at night we will storm the summit of Elbrus.

 Greetings from Elbrus from the "Priority of the Caucasus" group! We continue to work according to plan. Yesterday we went to the area of Priut 11, had classes with ice axes and ropes there. The weather was great, although it had been raining all night before. A mudflow came down in Tyrnyauz and damaged a bridge.

Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today our supergroup "Not Just Cucumbers" climbed to our comfortable high-altitude camp - the National Park refuge. Unfortunately, the weather quickly deteriorated and by 11 am a thunderstorm began. The group was able to quickly and efficiently descend to the hotel before the precipitation began.

Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today three new groups of the 7 Summits Club went on the first acclimatization hike. We walked along the slopes of Mount Cheget, climbed to the cafe "Ai". The weather got worse by the middle of the day. The forecast for this week is not the best. But we hope that the day of the ascent will be excellent.

 21.07. Hello everyone! The Five Elements group of the 7 Summits Club went to Pastukhov Rocks for high-altitude acclimatization! The weather is just like on schedule. From 10 am - sleet and snow, after 11 thunder, thunderstorm and snowstorm... We only reached 4450 meters. The team is not despairing and is thinking about the ascent on foot (no snowcat)! Tomorrow is a day of rest and preparation for the assault on the summit of Elbrus!

20.07. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club "Five Elements" group trained on a closed crevassed glacier today, we worked on the technique of passing closed crevasses in ropes. Then we learned to mark a group rope.

And after a delicious and hearty lunch from our cooks, we held classes on oncoming traffic on fixed ropes. There was a thunderstorm outside, but we successfully coped with the task in our comfortable houses.

 19.07. Hello everyone! The "Five Elements" group of the 7 Summits Club spent the first night in the high-mountain Refuge National Park at an altitude of 3900 meters. Everyone is feeling great! Today we went to acclimatize to the Refuge of Eleven at an altitude of 4100 meters. There we conducted snow and ice training, worked on the technique of climbing and self-arrest in case of falls.

After lunch, we adjusted the crampons to the boots, prepared for the next outing. Everything is going according to plan.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the supergroup "Calvin Clein"! Yesterday, July 18, we successfully climbed the summit of Mount Elbrus, 5642 meters high. The ascent and descent took place in good weather; it was clear and almost windless. The team was in great shape, we were in a great mood. And early in the morning, happy, we stood on the highest peak of our homeland and all of Europe.
