 18.07. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club "Five Elements" group has started high-altitude acclimatization! The entire group hiked from the Azau glade to our comfortable refuge, the National Park, to an altitude of 3900 m. The climb took 6 hours, all participants feel well, and have a great appetite!

14.07. Hello everyone! The new 7 Summits Club group called "Five Elements" began acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. Through a fairy-tale forest and alpine meadows, we walked at a good pace to the famous "Ai" cafe at an altitude of 2750 m.

After lunch, we rented the missing equipment, rested and prepared for tomorrow's exit to the Terskol gorge. Our program is non-standard, there are several days of basic mountaineering training ahead.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today our new super-group "Calvin Clein" in their first acclimatization ascent climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai". The path ran along one of the most picturesque trails of the Elbrus region, first we walked through a pine forest, and then came out into the alpine meadows zone. In the cafe "Ai", at an altitude of 2700 meters, we were able to try the famous khichins, chebureks and delicious mountain tea.

Hello everyone! Today on Elbrus the first day of acclimatization of the "14peaks" group took place. This team arrived led by Tashi Sherpa, the famous Nepalese expedition leader and a close friend of the 7 Summits Club.

We had a wonderful walk to the top of the Cheget Shoulder, endlessly admiring the views of Elbrus.

 Greetings to all mountain lovers! On July 11, the "Moscow Pies" team set out to climb at 2 a.m. Unfortunately, they did not set out in full force, only two of the three participants. Soon after leaving, due to health reasons, another participant returned to the refuge. The team continued climbing Elbrus with two guides and one participant. And in this composition, we successfully climbed the highest point in Europe 5642. We were at the summit at 8:30.  Good evening from the slope of Elbrus! The "Moscow Pies" team successfully completed the 2nd and 3rd days of acclimatization on the southern slopes of Elbrus. On the second day, the team practiced the technique of stopping with an ice axe in case of a fall, and on the third day we reached Pastukhov Rocks at an altitude of 4550 m. One participant decided to test his endurance and briskly climbed to an altitude of 4700 m. Tomorrow is an important day of rest and preparation for the assault on the summit. Hello to everyone from the 7 Summits Club group "Zhduny" from the Southern slopes of Elbrus! Today we moved to the refuge "National Park", where we will spend several days. We had a busy day. We climbed higher up the slope of Elbrus and conducted training sessions. We learned how to walk in ropes, move along fixed ropes, and of course, we remembered our childhood, sliding down and practicing self-arrest on a snowy slope.

After a delicious lunch, we rested a little and just admired the views of the mountains. And I must say, the weather today is simply magical! And, of course, we are very cozy here in the warm houses.
