Greetings from Elbrus! Today, our new supergroup called "Zhduny" went on its first acclimatization hike along one of the most beautiful and picturesque trails of Elbrus. We climbed the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous cafe "Ai". The first part of the route runs through a pine forest, then we go out to the most beautiful alpine meadows, where you can see many beautiful flowers surrounded by majestic mountains. We also visited the famous cafe "Ai" at an altitude of 2700 m, where you can try tea from mountain herbs. The group's guides Dmitry Semenov and Kristina Putintseva.

Good day to all! The "Moscow Pies" team began their exciting journey to the top of Elbrus and spent their first acclimatization day. We climbed Mount Cheget, gaining an altitude of 2700 meters. That is, we climbed to the "Ai" cafe. Then, by the general desire of the group, we continued the route and walked to Lake Donguz Orun. Then we returned to the hotel and after lunch we began preparing for the next day.

 Have a cheerful day, everyone! On July 4, the Pulse of the Mountains team reached the summit of Mount Elbrus (5642 m). Unfortunately, not in full force, as two participants had to interrupt the expedition due to health reasons. The rest of the team successfully climbed to the highest point. Our ascent began at 2:30, and we reached the summit at 7:40. The team got into a wonderful weather window, so we were able to see epic and beautiful views from the top of the mountain that no photograph can convey.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region from the "Wet Karabiny" group! Our team completed its program with a successful ascent to the top of Elbrus. We managed to get there in good weather. It started snowing on the descent, it was already "fun", but not for us. One of our participants climbed two peaks, independently, under his own power.

   Greetings from the Elbrus region! Today our supergroup "Botanics" successfully climbed the Western summit of Mount Elbrus (5642m). We walked at a good pace and in excellent weather, climbed to the top and were rewarded with wonderful views of the snow-capped and majestic mountains surrounding us. On the descent, snowfall had already begun.

 Hello everyone from Elbrus! Today the “Praktika” group in full force climbed Pastukhov Rocks. At first we walked through the fog, and then the mountain opened up and a strong wind began. This is where the acclimatization cycle ended. The team went down to the hotel for rest and recuperation before storming the summit of Elbrus.

   Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, on the second day of acclimatization, our new super-group "Botaniki" went out for training snow exercises in the area of the Refuge of Eleven (4070 m). There we practiced the skill of self-arrest using an ice axe, as well as moving along a snowy slope, individually and in a rope. We made an imitation of a fixed rope, practiced re-climbing, that is, working with the carabiners of the self-belay on the fixed rope. The weather was not kind, there was poor visibility, but there was no wind. Tomorrow is going to be a difficult day, we are going to a serious height – Pastukhov Rocks. This will be a test of our group’s strength. Wait for new news about tomorrow!

 Greetings from the group "Wet Carabines"! Today we climbed to our comfortable refuge National Park, checked into the trailers. After that we went for a walk to the height of 4100, to the area of the Refuge of Eleven. There on the snowy slope we conducted training in mountaineering techniques. We worked with an ice axe, walked along fixed ropes, clicked carabines from rope to rope. We returned, had lunch and are resting before tomorrow's rotation to Pastukhov Rocks.

 Greetings from Elbrus region from the "Wet Carabines" group! Our group began to actively acclimatize on the slopes of Mount Cheget. It got colder in the mountains again, the views were covered with clouds, and there was a light rain. The weather has been unstable this season. And a month of summer has already passed, but there is no warmth. We hope that on the day of the ascent we will be lucky with the weather.

 Greetings to everyone from Elbrus region! The 7 Summits Club group called "Praktika" climbed to our assault camp today, the National Park refuge. Having settled, we went to the area of "Refuge of Eleven", where we held classes on the technique of climbing on snowy terrain. All participants showed themselves ready to continue the program. Then we went down to our camp, where we had a delicious lunch and rested.

The weather was favorable to us. All participants reached the top. And upon returning to the hotel, the climbers received medals and certificates.

The weather was wonderful; it is already noticeably warmer. There were a lot of people, but we avoided all the traffic jams. Greetings from the slope of Elbrus! Today, June 28, on a beautiful morning, at 6:00, the 7 Summits Club "Atomists" team in full force climbed the Western summit of Elbrus. We began the ascent from a height of 5000 meters at 2:30. The team showed an excellent result and willpower. The weather was favorable for our ascent, it was clear and cold.

Today was a hot day, we didn't even put on down jackets. Although there was a good wind blowing on the mountain.  Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, our supergroup "Give me a light", as part of acclimatization, went up to an altitude of 4700 m, this is the top of the Pastukhov Rocks. Clear, sunny weather accompanied a good ascent. The peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge were open, and we could enjoy their beauty and grandeur. Tomorrow is a rest day. The group is well prepared and is looking forward to storming the summit.
