Elbrus news. The "Picvario" group climbed the Eastern and Western peaks of Elbrus. One team of 5 people climbed the Western summit. And two pairs climbed the Eastern summit, along different routes: on foot from the National Park Refuge along the "Motorcycle couloir" and along the "Classics" from the Saddle. Congratulations to the "Picvario" team on their ascent to the peaks of Elbrus! Group guides Andrey Berezin and Alexander Avtomonov.

 Message from 13.06. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club group "Second Year Olds" climbed the Eastern Elbrus summit 5621m!!! It was clear, but there was a strong wind, 70 km/h with gusts up to 80 km. The weather allowed us to enjoy the views of the Main Caucasian Ridge!

We went down the famous motorcycle couloir and were already at the Refuge by 9.30!

During the festive dinner, the participants received their well-deserved awards!

 Greetings from the Elbrus region! Our team "Group D" successfully climbed  the Western peak of Mount Elbrus (5642m). The weather was clear and windy, the views were magnificent. The group showed itself on the route as a close-knit and disciplined team, ready for the next ascents. Which we have already started planning.

Elbrus Region News from June 11. The 7 Summits Club "Picvario" group went to Pastukhov Rocks today. It was a sunny day, there was no wind at all until the end of the ridges. We already felt the breath of the glacier under the rocks. We sat on the rocks, rested and went down to the National Park shelter. Tomorrow we have a rest day before the climb. The group's guides are Andrey Berezin and Alexander Avtomonov.

 11-12.06. Hello everyone! Yesterday, the 7 Summits Club group "Second-year students" went to high-altitude acclimatization at Pastukhov Rocks 4700m! The weather was great, it was very warm and the group reached their intended goal! Today is rest and preparation for the assault! Keep your fingers crossed for us!

  Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today our super team "Group D" made a high-altitude acclimatization rotation to the top of Pastukhov Rocks (4700 m). The weather and the condition of the group are excellent, tomorrow is a day of rest and preparation for the assault on the summit of Elbrus.

The "Brigada" group sends greetings from the Elbrus region! Today we walked and strolled along the slopes of Elbrus. We climbed up to Pastukhov Rocks, the height is about 4700m. Everything went great, the only thing is that it was very hot. The acclimatization cycle is over, now we are waiting for the weather forecast - and into battle! For now, a rest day is planned for tomorrow.

 Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, our supergroup called "Group D" climbed to our high-altitude camp, the National Park refuge (altitude - 3880 m). We settled into comfortable trailers and then went to snow training. However, due to the weather conditions, we did not go far. A thunderstorm in the mountains is not a pleasant phenomenon, so we conducted training near the camp.

 The "Brigada" group sends greetings from the Elbrus region! Today we tried to walk to the Refuge of Eleven, but the thunderstorm drove us out of there. It nipped a little, we pressed our ears back like spaniels and went down to the shelter. When the thunderstorm ended, we went out onto the slope and held snow and ice classes after all. We rode on our butts, waved ice axes - it was fun.

10.06. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club group went to high-altitude acclimatization today to Refuge of 11 at 4100m. There we held snow classes, practiced the technique of self-arrest with an ice axe.

After lunch near the hotel we held classes on safety systems and moving along fixed ropes. Tomorrow we are going to Pastukhov Rocks at 4700m.

Elbrus news. Yesterday, the 7 Summits Club group called "Picvario" began the acclimatization program. We went to the "Ai" cafe along a picturesque forest path, where rhododendrons are now blooming. We drank delicious tea in the cafe and returned to the hotel. Today we move to the National Park refuge, where we will continue to prepare for the ascent of Elbrus. Group guides Andrey Berezin and Alexander Avtomonov.

The group of the 7 Summits Club "Brigade"sends greetings from the Elbrus! Today we started our acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. We walked along our secret path, where there are practically no people. Now rhododendrons are blooming - very beautiful in the forest. The weather was good and warm today. We work further.

Greeting from the Elbrus region! Today, our new group, entitled "Group D" has made its first acclimatization rotation. On the picturesque path, through the forest, and then along the alpine meadows on the slopes of Mount Cheget, we went to the legendary cafe "Ai". Tomorrow we will ascend to our high-altitude camp on the Elbrus slopes.

9.06. Hi all! The new group of the 7 Summits Club called "Second-year" began acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. At a good pace, we went through a fairy-tale forest to the famous cafe "Ai" to a height of 2750 meters. Rhododendrons are still blooming, which adds beauty to alpine meadows.

After lunch, they rented the missing equipment, then they rested and prepared for tomorrow's access on Elbrus!

Greetings from the Elbrus region! Yesterday, June 6, the 7 Summits Club "Yu." group completed the program with a successful ascent to the top of Elbrus. On the ascent, the usual cold wind blew, but the weather remained clear. In the evening at the hotel, all participants were presented with the appropriate medals and discussed plans for future mountains.

News from the Elbrus region! The "Mnemosyne" group successfully climbed the summit of Elbrus. The weather was clear, a slight wind and a slight frost accompanied us throughout the entire climb. We were at the top on June 6 at 9:30.

 Greetings from the Elbrus region! Yesterday, June 6, our super team "ZHOZ" successfully climbed the highest peak of our country, as well as Europe, Mount Elbrus (5642 m). The ascent took place in good weather. We went in a great mood, and all together stood at the top.

 Elbrus news. Yesterday, June 4, in accordance with the acclimatization plan, we went to the Pastukhov Rocks. The snow cover on the slope is dense, so the climb was quite comfortable. We climbed to the rocks quickly, in 4 hours, with rest stops. Today we have a rest day before climbing Elbrus.

 Greetings from Elbrus! Yesterday, our "Yu." group climbed Pastukhov Rocks, completing the acclimatization cycle before climbing Elbrus. We successfully went to Pastukhov Rocks, to a height of about 4700 meters. This completed our acclimatization before climbing Elbrus. In the morning there was a good cold wind, after lunch the weather got better. So everything is great with us, the group is in good shape. We are getting ready, waiting for day X.

Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus, from the "ZHOZ" group! Today we climbed Pastukhov Rocks, to an altitude of 4700 meters. The weather was excellent today, as was the condition of the group. This was the final acclimatization climb. Tomorrow the group will have a day of rest and at night we will set out to storm Elbrus.
