 On September 3, the President of the 7 Summits Club company, Alexander Abramov, flies to Nepal. Our traditional autumn expedition to the Himalayan eight-thousander Manaslu begins. This time, under the flag of the 8000 Club, we have gathered an impressive team of 12 participants and three guides. Greetings from the Elbrus region! The new group "Ne Gipsony" has begun their acclimatization on the slopes of Mount Cheget. It is still hot here, the views are beautiful, the weather is holding up for now. Today we walked to the famous cafe "Ai". Then we went down, had lunch, and collected things from the rental. Tomorrow we are moving to the shelter.

Tatiana Posokhin, representative of the 7 Summits Club in the USA: Hello everyone! I am taking part in the 7 Summits Club expedition on Elbrus under the leadership of Alexander Dorojukov. I am also voluntarily taking part in my own challenge and experiment on myself - to make a hungry ascent in the footsteps of Alexander Abramov. Alexander himself supported my idea and gave me instructions and recommendations. From yesterday evening to this evening I have not consumed anything except liquid and honey. The temptation of food is present everywhere, considering that all 19 expedition members eat delicious food. But I can eat every day, but a hungry ascent is a separate kind of pleasure that does not happen in life on a regular basis.

Good evening, friends of the 7 Summits Club. Once again, our club became a participant in the fulfillment of a dream and a path to the realization of the most amazing desires. By the end of the season, a team from Brazil arrived to Elbrus, in a small but significant scale. Our old good and cheerful friend Maximo Kausch, who is a professional in his field and a very experienced climber. He is known for his records of conquering 6000 Andes.

Maximo took on the fulfillment of the dream of one very strong-willed Brazilian, who has been suffering from a severe form of Parkinson's disease for 16 years. He dreamed of climbing the highest point of Europe and, of course, only the appropriate team of the 7 Summits Club is suitable for such a difficult task. And so, after all the successful stages of preparation, accompanied by a physiotherapist and his beloved wife, as well as under the sensitive and coordinated work of the tour leader and guide, on August 31, 2025, overcoming incredible difficulties for himself, Rodrigo Jose Marcio fulfilled his dream and stood on the top of Europe. He showed an example of fortitude and the futility of excuses for his weakness!

Congratulations to the whole team and we are waiting for everyone who is ready to rush to meet their dream! Well, the 7 Summits Club will be a faithful guide to this. Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Today, our supergroup "Electrolytes" in full force climbed Mount Elbrus (5642m). We went up to the highest peak of our Motherland in good weather and in a great mood.

Hi all! Today, group of the 7 Summits Club “Ezhoriki” in a good mind and sound memory attempted to storm the Western peak of Elbrus. The attempt was successful: 14 out of 15 participants reached the highest point. The sunny and windy forecast was justified, it was comfortable to ascend. Now - the time to celebrate!

Greetings from the slopes of Elbrus! Our super team "Electrolytes" finished the active part of their high-altitude acclimatization yesterday. The weather has improved, we hope that the time of the ascent will be even better. We climbed at a brisk pace to the Pastukhov Rocks area, to a height of about 4800 m. Today is a day of rest and at night we will storm the summit.

08/27. Hello everyone! The 7 Summits Club group "Brave Sansculottes" yesterday made a unanimous decision to abandon the ascent due to health reasons. As a farewell we visited the snowcat site in front of the "Diagonal shelf" at an altitude of 5100 m twice. The first time - in complete fog, the second - with a clear Sun and open Elbrus.

In the evening there was a farewell dinner. The members are positive and promised to come back!

Good day to all! Today, August 27, the "Ezhoriki" group made a rotation to Pastukhov Rocks. The weather was sunny, but not without wind. The mood is fighting! We will rest and prepare for the assault on the Western summit of Elbrus.

Kilimanjaro/Tanzania. This evening, over a cozy dinner in a restaurant, we celebrated an important event together - the successful ascent of the 7 Summits Club group to Kilimanjaro. Everyone went through a difficult path - a night climb, cold wind, altitude and fatigue. That evening, warm words of support, gratitude and ... tears of joy were heard. The medals on the neck became a symbol of a great victory and common work.

This moment is a time of pride, happiness and real team unity. We are very happy to share it with each of you. Our group, you are the real heroes of your path!

Dmitry Semenov, the super guide of the 7 Summits Club, reports from the Elbrus region:

Greetings from the "Elektrolites" super team! Today we began our high-altitude acclimatization on the slopes of Elbrus. We climbed to the area of the Refuge of Eleven (4070 m), where we held snow and ice training. The weather was gloomy and cool, the snow was damp, but the participants coped with their task.

Galymzhan Kuspanov from Iran: Tonight at 4:30 we were preparing to start the climb. We had breakfast and set off, and reached the summit at a good pace in 6 hours. The route is completely trekking. Along the way we saw an ice waterfall that never thaws, as well as sulfur emissions that look like steam from a giant boiling kettle. Hydrogen sulfide actively comes to the surface, it even burns your throat. Everyone puts on buffs over their mouth and nose, and tries to run past this place as quickly as possible.

The smell is about the same as a burnt match. But seeing a living volcano is very romantic.

We went down to the Base Camp in 2.5 hours, mostly on scree, flashlights were very useful, they protected us from small stones. The weather was windless and excellent all day!

The sixth volcano out of seven brings the dream of completing the entire "seven volcanoes" project closer.

Sometimes they say that the path is more important than the summit. But today, both the path and the summit were equally significant, real, and strong. Our group is on the top of Kilimanjaro. In full force! A long way up. A night climb in the dark, when you can only see the light of a flashlight in front of you.

A cold wind, height, rare air. Silence, in which you can only hear your own breathing and steps. We walked slowly, stubbornly, each in his own rhythm, but all together.

And here is the summit. The first rays of the sun, tears in the eyes, hugs and a feeling that cannot be described in words. This is a victory. Pure. Real.

Greetings from the Elbrus region from the "Electrolytes" super team! Today we began our acclimatization by going along the slopes of Mount Cheget to the famous "Ai" cafe (2700 m). Today was a cloudy and rainy day, but this did not spoil the good impressions from our short hike. The fog and low clouds gave the mountains a mysterious look, and ordinary views opened up in a new way.

 Today we made an acclimatization rotation - preparation for the night ascent to the summit. The day after tomorrow I plan to make the ascent and then descend to Tehran. I'm a little worried, our guide Maryam promised to give me an exam on the history of Persia.

I feel good, my mood is cheerful. It's calm here.

The guide of the 7 Summits Club Alexander Avtomonov sends from the North of Elbrus:

Greetings to everyone from the Northern Elbrus region from the "Three from the Lartsa" group! Our team attempted to climb the Eastern summit of Elbrus yesterday. From the very beginning of the ascent we had to fight a strong wind. We reached a height of 5350 meters and were forced to retreat. It was very difficult!

DAY FOUR. Greetings from the Horombo camp (3780 m), where we had a truly festive atmosphere today! And not only because the views here are like a postcard, but because our wonderful Aigul has a BIRTHDAY!

The morning began with pleasant surprises: the team presented the birthday girl with gifts from the 7 Summits Club. Aigul was touched to the depths of her soul (or to the depths of her height, depending on how you look at it). But that's not all! We managed to organize a whole bouquet for presentation on the slope of Kilimanjaro! And yes, her husband Artur was the main presenter. Remember: romance is possible at any altitude if you travel with us!

But acclimatization will not wait! After breakfast, we went to an altitude of 4000 meters to the famous Zebra Rocks. The name of the rocks is not accidental - their color really resembles the skin of a zebra. Yesterday we walked through heather groves, and today we were surrounded by harsh lava fields and fantasy-style landscapes. The perfect place for a photo shoot and ... a dress rehearsal with our flags! We assure you, we have quite a collection of flags, and we unfurled them with a special flourish.

Returning to the camp, we discovered that the surprises did not end there! A luxurious lunch awaited us, and for dinner - a real festive cake and (drum roll!) non-alcoholic champagne! Yes, you heard right.

Congratulations to our birthday girl Aigul and wish her an easy ascent to the very roof of Africa! Ahead is the key transition to the Kibo camp.

The "Opener" group, having experienced all the joys of living in hospitable and fabulous Tehran, enjoying Iranian cuisine, making acclimatization trips to Derbent and Tochal, receiving a beautiful permit for climbing in the office of the Mountaineering Federation, bathing in the pleasant health thermal baths of Rineh, set out for the Damavand Base Camp this morning. Having taken pictures against the backdrop of probably the highest mosque in the world 3100m, and having loaded their bags onto mules, they quickly reached the Base Camp 4200m lightly.

We settled in a cozy house (thanks to the 7 Summits Club) to the envy of numerous residents of the tent city.
